We’ve been regulars at Chili’s for years, but after our recent visit, we’ll be taking a break from this location and the chain altogether. We were fine waiting 30 minutes for a table on a busy Friday night, but things went downhill once we were seated. Unfortunately, we were placed next to a rowdy table with three young kids running wild, and while we understand kids can be loud, it became unbearable. We politely asked the waiter if we could be moved, and he said he’d let the manager, Jim, know. When Jim came over, he immediately told us (and the disruptive table) that no one could be moved due to how busy the restaurant was.
Instead of diffusing the situation, Jim made things worse by essentially siding with the other table, leading to the mother berating us for the rest of the meal. We tried to remain calm, but Jim’s lack of professionalism made an already awkward situation worse. After we finished our uncomfortable dinner, Jim offered a 10% discount as if that would make up for the ruined experience. Just so you know, Jim, a discount doesn’t fix bad customer service or the fact that you handled this situation terribly.
On the plus side, our server Stephanie was wonderful. She was attentive and did her best to make the night more bearable, even showing more managerial skills than Jim in that moment. We’ll be looking for a different Chili’s location or another restaurant altogether. This experience completely soured our view of the chain.
This Chili’s is one of the best within the Broward county vicinity. First, the food quality is consistent in its quality. Second, if the quality of the food isn’t as you like it, the manager, I speak from experience, will go into the kitchen and prepare the dish for to your liking. Additionally, the manager is so amazing. Her name is Winnie, and she is just great! She always gives the children a voucher for a free kids meal! A voucher that you can then bring back on your next visit and she’ll give you another! Lastly, from my experience, all the waiters and waitresses are wonderful, I’ve not had any issues so far.
However, I can’t speak for everyone’s experience, so just give ‘em a try!

Hitting on all cylinders! And the margaritas are the bomb!
Our server was Vilma. She was nice but nowhere to be found , she only took our order and left. We had to ask different waiters to help us clean our table and bring our food , vilma only appeared at the end when we asked for the check and stood there as we paid which was a bit uncomfortable, food was good and place was clean but service wasn't the best we've experienced at chili's.

My son and I celebrated Valentine’s Day early this year. We decided to come to Chili’s. Our server Zach was fantastic
Worst experience from start to finish. Took 8min for the waiter to bring my drink. Burger came out wrong and it looked like half the fries fell off the plate before it came out to me. Kitchen manager came out and wanted to make something new for me however, I don’t reorder food from somewhere I just sent the food back. Period. At this point if I have to send it back, I’m aggravated. I don’t eat when I’m aggravated. If your line cook can’t make a burger correct I won’t chance anything else. My nephews burger came out well he ordered medium (he ate it) didn’t bring the sides he ordered for almost 5min after his food arrived. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your money here. Go where they appreciate your business.
