Our visit was exceptional! Our server Emily was very attentive as was the Manager, Winnie who stopped by our table on a few occasions to ensure we were satisfied with our food. Food was served promptly and the drinks were great too. We have never had such a note worthy experience at a Chili’s. We’ll be back again!

Please save yourself time and money and visit another location. We were waited by Kaitlyn which was not friendly and had an attitude most of the time we were there. Our drinks were never refilled and our food was burnt. The Zoo Miami is the best Chili’s in Broward and Dade.

My ToGo Server Taena was absolutely amazing to me. She saw me pull up and after she served another car she came right over to my car asked for my name. I asked for a cup of water and ice and she brought that to me. She did everything with smile despite the hot weather. She also brought my food out while it was hot. Thank you for your great service Taena (I really hope I spelled your name correctly)!!!
