Designed for you to order at a computer screen, this is custom-made ice cream. There are 8 different bases to start with (no idea how many total options are available). Flavors and add ins are clearly labeled as to what is gluten free and/or vegan.

Dietary restrictions: The menu on the wall is labeled but the touchscreen is not, so figure out what you want before you go to order.

The ice cream was delicious, but the staff was so ..well .. cold. ? I feel like something must be wrong with the management for the staff to all be so unwelcoming. Working in food service is rough, I get it, been there. But the moment my family and I walked in, we were met with disdain. Before a word was said, we all felt unwelcome. We had simple orders, tipped well, and were friendly, but the staff acting like even saying hello to them was a major inconvenience. Don't think we'll be back, even though the ice cream was so so good.

Worst place ever, the ice cream is disgusting, the staff offer gluten free ice cream and they dont even know what gluten free means. They added protein shake to my ice cream because to make it “gluten free”. I hope this place close because is terrible, horrible experience

My husband and I loved this place when they opened and we’ve pretty much been coming every Friday night. However, we have noticed that the quality of the ice cream and the way they prepare it has decreased in the past few months…

A few weekends ago, my husband got his regular order that includes hot fudge mixed in with the ice cream, and I got my regular order. It was around 9pm and the place was empty. We got the ice creams very fast, but the quality was terrible. My husband’s ice cream was missing the hot fudge and as a “solution”, the person poured the smallest amount of hot fudge on top, definitely not worth what we paid for. Also, the toppings were not mixed in properly and there were big chunks inside. Again, the place was empty, so I would have appreciated it if they took a bit longer making them but actually getting them right.

A few weeks later, we went back and it was even worse. Several of their employees had their hair down while working, which I personally find very unprofessional. And of course, they got our order completely wrong again. It looks like the employees don’t care so we won’t be back.

First time visit yesterday. I ordered a cotton candy milkshake (the pink and blue colors are separate ice creams but I asked for both colors), and added some fruity pebbles to it. It was delicious! ? The server was nice too!

They fixed the issues listed in the comments. Customer service was nice, plenty of seating, and ice cream is really good.

I went here with my family ordered 6 ice creams and after waiting for 30 minutes they told me I only ordered 5 and refused to make my 6th ice cream she said she could make the ice cream but didn’t. They acted very rude and even told me that I was the rude one. They gave me the managers phone number and they didn’t answer. In addition to all of that I was able to see her blue holister underwear which was not a pleasant sight. This place is awful do NOT recommend!!

It's 9pm on a Saturday and they're not taking anymore orders. Do worry I won't come back. The staff will be why this place does not last

Arrive to this location at 9pm and the sign on the door indicated that they were open until 11pm. I was told they were not taking anymore orders with no explanation. This was my first time trying this place and will not go back! I will ensure that anyone that I know does not patronize this establishment. The staff was unpleasant and unwelcoming. This place will not get my business.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

First off, I waited 45 minutes in store for my order that I ordered online and waited 20 minutes before leaving my home to pick it up. After waiting 45 minutes she finally said they’re making my order and didn’t even know what my order was nor how many ice creams were in my order.
The lady that runs the counter with the glasses and braids is so freaking rude. All I did was walk in and say I’m picking up. I can not express the irritation and aggravation coming from her voice when she was speaking to me. If you don’t like your job that’s on you. Don’t be rude to customers.
People were coming in and they were legit refusing service to customers that have been waiting in line for 20+ minutes and including the people that were coming in. I can not stress enough how there was literally no one in the store. Some people even said they drove 20+ minutes just to come get ice cream from this location.
I am no longer coming to this location I will go somewhere else. That treatment from the first person you see (the face of the store) should not be disrespectful at all. The atmosphere feels absolutely chaotic and the energy coming from the employees is abysmal.
