Chill-N Ice Cream Plantation

The ice cream is delicious but this location is always always missing “mix in” items;

This is the second time I review this place and it will be my last time coming here. I did an online order. It’s been a long time I haven't ordered from this place and I should’ve kept it that way. I ordered a large ice cream cup. At this point I should’ve just ordered a small. Received my ”large” ice cream and take a look at the picture and video; they will speak for themselves. My recommendation is to not waste your money on anything besides a small ice cream if they have the toppings.

Super awesome ice creams and service, friendly staff Matthew took our order and explained how to order (our 1st visit;) and Tristan made the ice cream. We had just come from the beach after seeing the air n sea show. The ice cream brought it home! Ty

My experience at Chill-N Ice Cream was amazing, thanks to London! She went above and beyond to make my visit special, crafting the perfect strawberry ice cream and brightening up the whole atmosphere. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is clear – I'd definitely come back just for her! Highly recommend giving her a shout if you're looking for top-notch service. I think a promotion to the US National Ice Cream committee is an order!

Fine tasty creamy ice cream but it is expensive

I'm upset at this place. I ordered my ice cream 30 minutes in advance and I got there and they still haven't made it. And they said will we make in person first what the hell is the point of ordering online if you're not going to make my ice cream 30 minutes to make an ice cream that takes 3 minutes to make that's a joke. I will no longer come to your restaurant you lost my business this is how I deal with place I take my money away from you

The truth is that I have always loved this place, the ice cream is super creamy and the attention has always been phenomenal but today Tuesday 19 around 4:30 I came with my daughter and I felt so uncomfortable the girl who is working doesn’t seem to understand that she works with the client, she didn’t do anything but her attitude was uncomfortable, throwing things away and seemed very upset, she gave the ice cream to my daughter as if she was doing us a favor and not to mention the bad face she had, she just left the comment so that they can keep it in mind.a

A big thank you to London! She was absolutely a delight! I will definitely be returning

I stopped by this spot because it’s in my neighborhood and let’s just say I’m happy I made that stop and will be returning . London I believe her name is has great customer service and has patience. Sometimes I can be indecisive on which ice cream I want but she let me try some options and had a great attitude. I’m happy she was there the day I stopped by . I’m a happy new customer .
