CHIM AUTHENTIC THAI AND SUSHI BAR

We stumbled upon this charming spot after one of our go-to local sushi restaurants closed down — and we’re so glad we did. My wife and I dine out for sushi 1–2 times a week, and this place has definitely earned a spot on our regular rotation.

Working in customer service myself, I understand that it’s not easy to remember every face that walks through your doors. But what really impressed us was the staff remembering not just us, but our usual order. That kind of attention to detail is rare — and truly appreciated.

Every time we walk in, we’re greeted with warmth and hospitality. The menu isn’t overly complicated, the ingredients are always fresh, and the team is constantly on top of refilling drinks without being asked. They also offer thoughtful recommendations on dishes and rolls, which makes every visit feel personal and elevated.

This is exactly how a restaurant should be run. Great food, great energy, and even better people. Keep up the amazing work — you’ve got loyal customers in us.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, my experience was horrible. There was a middle age female in the front of the restaurant who was extremely impolite and rude to me . I will never visit nor will I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Horrible customer service.

This is my favorite local Thai place. Great lunch specials, amazing food and excellent and attentive service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for your new lunch spot!

I’ve had Pad Thai from so many places, and this was very far from a good one. I was disappointed, as the noodles were overcooked and it lacked flavor

They made my order wrong 3 times. Told them to not put chicken still did once then 2nd n 3rd time. After couples of hrs got stomach pain found out as a food poisoned. Very disappointed with their service and food

This is only the 3rd time I've found Khao Soi in the states after going to Thailand. This is THE BEST I've had, next to the traditional in Chiang Mai. I'm so glad my hotel is next to Chim! I'll have to drive here from Orlando just for dinner again!

Rice is terrible , chicken was rubbery and worst of all this overpriced basic meal was just shy of $16. Regret spending my money on this.

The best sushi in Broward county amazing fresh Hamachi tuna Uni salmon you name it they have it, and Ray is the best sushi chef goes above and beyond to prepare the freshest sushi /sashimi available!

The food was amazing. Salmon, lamb, steak pinapple cinnamon filet you name it they had it. Salad bar was so fresh and delicious. With fried Yuca. We are definitely going back
