I don't know why I keep coming back, they have screwed me time and time again but I keep thinking maybe they will get it right this time. Nope, not even close

I came to this chipotle 3 days in a row and all 3 times I waited over 20 minutes for my meal that was preordered on the app. Every time you inquire about your order the workers catch an attitude and tell you that they’re behind so you need to be patient. The workers get more upset with the customers asking where their food is versus the customers getting upset that they haven’t received their food yet. The manager moves slower than the workers. Hopefully they shut this location down and hire a whole new staff and train them to satisfy the customers actual needs. After explaining to the manager how unacceptable this was, she shrug her shoulders and said nothing. I’ll drive to another chipotle that’s further before coming back to this again.

If
you wanna get a poor service, come to this particular store. The actitud of these people at the counter sucks, including the cashier. Don’t even try to ask for anything to be o t he side.. oh lord, they will take a dip breath and look at you like if you asked them to clean the floor with paper towels.

The service area has no spoons and the work group responds that they think the customer should bring their own spoon! I didn't know whether to laugh or curse.

My god do they beat the employees if they give out to much chicken ? God forbid they put an extra scoop of rice. Ordered online from this place and it was cold, looked like they just threw it together and literally no chicken. I love chipotle but stay away from online orders

I was just at this chipotle and I’m honestly not very happy. I got a bowl and me and my mom got barely ANY chicken, and I asked if I can have more and the woman only put 2 more pieces of chicken. The same thing happened yesterday when I came back from school and got chipotle. I asked for double chicken but I got LESS than a normal amount of chicken, which isn't surprising since this happens a lot.

Food is good but the service is horrible. They need to fire the whole staff. The girls behind the counter are all rude and unwelcoming. No way to run a restaurant. Clearly starts with management because some of these girls been working there a long time. A respectable restaurant wouldn’t let employees like this last this long. They even started arguing with each other at some point. Drive down university and go to the other chipotle
