This location is the textbook example of how NOT to run a restaurant. They consistently either run out of chicken altogether or tell you chicken is going to be ready in 20 minutes. If chicken is your best selling item why on earth would you not make sure to keep it coming? Ridiculous.

I WENT TO EAT A BOWL AND THEY MIXED THE COOKED RICE WITH RAW RICE TO MAKE MORE RICE VISIBLE I GUESS. I GOT THERE AN HOUR EARLY AND THERE WAS NOTHING, JUST RAW RICE AND BEANS! They should fire the entire staff from that shift, honestly.

Be prepared to go to this location and they have run out of chicken. Whoever is running this place should be fired. It’s a mess.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! they suck so bad. 1st time i went the carne asada was dry and didnt taste good. went back today and there was a rush, they ran out of rice and chicken and had to wait 10 minutes. teamwork was horrible and workers were very agitated and rushed us. they forgot my tortilla on the side and when i asked for it after paying, they charged me for it anyways. overall very bad experience and do not recommend going here, listen to the bad reviews because they're very true.

The black lady that works here is rude and this place never has any food toppings available, horrible customer service, and always slow to make orders. Shocked that this chipotle is in business when the other chipotles in the area are much better.

Upon arrival I noticed the tables were very dirty when I pick up order the bowl didnt look like what i order however my name was on the order. It look like the employees slapped whatever they had and added it to the bowl that I order. Never I repeat never order from this place

Every ingredient was prepared flawlessly and the bowl was assembled perfectly. Chipotle is my favorite food in the Universe.

Food was decent, service was lackluster. Someone robbed my car keys when I went to grab a napkin. Avoid this location.
