Worst customer service of any Chipotle I've been been to in 25 yrs. No eye contact, refused to scan rewards code or in app barcode. Ignored requests for add on items.
Just an awful experience.

This place has been improving lately. Food seems a little bit fresher. They used to be always out of crispy taco shells and they usually have them, even the queso was extra creamy! The worker was friendly and helpful, his name was something like Jon Jizzo or something. 5 stars across the board!

As important as the food should taste, is the basic upkeeping of the place.
Big room for improvement.
All garbages were full, syrups on multiple fountain sodas empty and lemonades recipients were empty.
We did let personnel know, and acted like he didn't understand.
Definitely management was lacking.

Staff was nice and respectful
I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The food quality was not what I expect, and the service felt rushed and unhelpful. The employees were rude, and the restaurant did not seem very clean. My order was not prepared correctly, which made the visit even more frustrating. Overall, I do not plan on returning anytime soon.

I’m usually not someone who posts complaints, especially about chain locations like this one, which I generally try to avoid. Unfortunately, this is the closest Chipotle to my home, and this particular location seems to be getting worse by the minute.
No matter what time I visit — morning, afternoon, or evening — they consistently run out of basic ingredients such as chicken, lettuce, and guacamole. I completely understand that some locations get extremely busy, but when this happens on every single visit, it points to a deeper operational issue.
Additionally, the employees’ attitude is often unwelcoming. I understand that having customers come in later in the evening (for example, around 10 PM when closing time is 11 PM or midnight) can be frustrating, but employees are still on the clock. If being cheerful isn’t possible, that’s understandable — however, taking frustration out on customers is not. Customers should not be treated poorly due to internal or personal issues.
To make matters worse, attempting to contact customer service to speak with an actual human being is nearly impossible. You can spend 30 minutes or more navigating automated prompts, only to be asked repeatedly for additional information without ever reaching a representative.
In my honest opinion, Chipotle as a brand — and this location in particular — continues to decline in both service and reliability. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and frustrating.
And yes, before anyone suggests taking my business elsewhere — I already have. Unfortunately, I also have two teenagers who swear by Chipotle… hopefully they’ll grow out of it.
I asked for the manager, no manager on site on my visit, but I was given this card.
My wife and I went to Chipotle to enjoy a sit-down dining experience and ordered two bowls with double chicken and guac. When it came time to add cheese, we were told they had no cheese available—despite there being a full deep pan of cheese clearly visible on the cold line.
We were told the cheese was being reserved for online orders only and they refused to serve us. That’s incredibly frustrating and unfair to customers who take the time to come in, stand in line, and dine in person.
Because of this, we left both bowls at the counter untouched and walked out. Thankfully, we went right down the street to CAVA, where we were welcomed, treated with respect, and enjoyed a great meal.
Prioritizing online orders over in-store customers like this completely ruins the dining experience. Very disappointing.

The staff was friendly, but I was concerned to see food being handled without gloves in the kitchen area. That same day, I ended up feeling sick. I kindly suggest reviewing and reinforcing food safety and sanitation practices to help prevent this in the future.

Horrible went into the business after just finishing a 6 hour chemo treatment and ask for brown rice and fresh chicken I got the worst customer service I ever experience and I am from Brooklyn the lady told be I better take what she had which was the white rice and then called the man behind me leaving me just standing there. Then I ask for the manager and that made the worker take of and threaten me and walked out of Chipotle yelling and screaming so know I am in full defense mode of what it going to happen when I leave Chipotle be cause people are crazy and the little things like asking for brown rice will get a worker upset. Smh that led to the manager or who ever to call the police. Um this business needs to close down the food is nasty along with the entire staff. And you don't save anything by calling the police department that's not a emergency that's poor management.

I been going here since they open this place and it use to be great, everytime i come now its getting worse and worse. Manager is horrible, employees are rude and dont care. Place stays dirty and trash over flowing and tables are always full of food. They never have the item i want to order.i went here 3 time in 3 weeks and eveytime they are un prepared. No steak, I had to wait 40 min last week, and now no red chimi. Place is horrible, the new management suxks. Im gonna have to find a new spot. This place is bad. 30$-40$ and you never have what i want. Again the new manager is not doing his job! Oh yeah and now there not giving limes or lime juice. thanks for the dry food

Tables were absolutely filthy. We actually witnessed customers wiping down their own tables with dishcloths and spray bottles. There were no utensils available, and they were out of chicken, beans, and sauce. On top of that, the server had a terrible attitude—food was being thrown into containers and slammed down on the counter. This was a very unpleasant experience. We will definitely not be returning!

OH MY GOODNESS!! the girl in the blue wig has the WORST attitude ive ever experienced at any chipotle or fast food establishment. She talks like shes ready to fight and was on the phone majority of the time i was there!! Awful experience.
I simply ask the guy for more rice and he slammed his fist on the counter as if IM not paying for extra rice and meat !!! I was genuinely confused on why you’re getting frustrated cause you barely giving a full bowl that IM paying for. I had more steak than rice in my bowl. Everybody was great except him! He was a heavy set 50 year old mexican man.
