Is give 0 stars if I could. Everytime we try this location there’s something to be displeased over. Today with the 1$ promotion people are lined up for their Cinnabon. Some stated they waited over an hour and never got to get theirs. Why? Because they only have 1 older woman working the whole front by herself. She’s taking orders, boxing food and prepping for the people ahead. Who ever owns this franchise stand should be stripped of their franchise rights. You have people lined up for what probably is the biggest day for Cinnabon in decades and you have 1 older woman working alone. Just look at the reviews on this place. Ownership does not care. I seriously hope to see this place closed one day soon. Or at the least a huge sign stating “new ownership”. Disgrace. To add salt to the wound. Last time I was here they said they aren’t selling the boxes on the menu that we had to pay full price only individuals no 4 or 6 pack seeing I have kids and need a bunch just looking to take advantage of us.

Not sure why these are still open. Horrible staff, stale, minimal offerings and a vibe of give up. Every store is like this. Wish they would go out of business already or sell to someone with baking skills and customer relations knowledge.

Wasn’t satisfied with the cinnamon roll cold brew AT ALL!! Was my first time trying it today (due to hearing good reviews), was nasty so I threw it out and had to go to my favorite coffee shop on Broward Blvd instead. Waste of money. Really disappointed as I love Cinnabon in general. If I was given a receipt, I would’ve demanded a refund online.

Went in at 10:20 to get some buns, stood at the counter for ten minutes while the rude old woman behind the counter kept shooting us looks from the back. Once I realized she wasn’t going to help us I spoke up and she said they open at 11. I asked if they had that posted anywhere because both Google and the website have this location set to open at 10 and she said that doesn’t matter and to let her finish working. Fair enough, but I asked why she just kept shooting us glances for ten minutes instead of just saying they were closed when she saw us and she said I should learn to announce myself.
