Cashier working on 1/15/24 was very rude and got instantly hostile with me after picking out the wrong cinnabon i ordered. Absolutely disgusting how he talks to customers.

You want to know why al queda hates us? One word: Cinnabon. You too would hate the genius of a country that can create a 1,000 calorie dessert, with your daily fat intake achieved in a few bites and that has enough sugar in it to make a can of Coke blush. God bless this place.

The worst service ever! The very unpleasant manager, Sally Mae, claimed to have sold out the six pack home boxes so you have to buy six individual Cinnabons and pay more. Then she said that she is out of the big Cinnabons and water! Insane. She was so rude and obnoxious. And when I told her that I will complain about her to corporate she gleefully said : “you won’t be the first one!”. I guess she is proud of it? Maybe aggravating customers is a fun perk of the job for her?

This was my first time at a Cinnabon. It was a nice experience and the buns are really good. I had to wait a touch more than usual because I wanted the mini buns without the frosting. These things are pure decadent and can clearly send you on your way to starring in My 600lb Life. They smell great, they taste great. I liked the idea of the mini buns because they are more manageable. The actual normal bun is like taking on a quarter of a birthday cake. Served fresh and waiting for you to gobble them up. Located inside the mall in the food court.
