Ive been in customer service for quite some time in my life so I could literally can speak on this behalf the closing team for today was horrible yes I'm sorry to say it but there no reason to threat customers like this over a miscommunication the website says it closes at 10:30 I walk into the shop with my family at 9:58 and they all started screaming and arguing about the fact that it was close except for this one kid (male) that gave us a chance to come after every other girl in the front kept on arguing about the closing time I get it closing time we all want to go home but last customer happens all the time not only you lost my business and also other four people after us walked right out. Poor management and rude front line by the way I rushed because my kid wanted ice cream and he was the one with the idea to come to this cold stone ( been in the customer service industry for over 20 years) there was not need for that rudeness interaction.

The ice cream is served almost melted and nothing like the one in the photo. When I ask them to change it, they add too many extras to make it look the same as the one in the photo and it ends up being very cloying. If the ice cream was very cold there would be no need to add so many chocolate chips. Instead of being an ice cream it turned out to be some cloying dessert of I don't know what...!! Total disappointment.

Yes I should of went in person and tipped because uber eats is extra but I Dont like how I said uber eats and my name and she said we're gonna print it out then they made me wait after confronting them about my order after it said its ready on the app then saying 10 min later that they Dont have it then saying my order out load and speaks about my extra add on and said I love it after taking a picture on my phone with exactly what I wanted lake of customer service. Then on top of gave me the wrong mint cookies and cream with out the fudge On purpose so I am taking a picture this is bad customer service and there's so many people there. There trying to prove a point but my point is proven to never give them a dime. Haiti people in Florida are always treating me wrong this is not the first problem I had with someone serving me in Florida from Haiti I treat everyone fare and now I was proven not to give them a dime and tell a light skin to serve me instead of them so they can feel the shade back
Arrived close to closing and was glad the store was adhering to business hours. I worked for Cold Stone for 15 years and know the things team members are capable of at night. While our server was nice and pleasant, I found myself doing a QSCE on the store mentally and it wouldn't have passed. The cake display was missing many cakes including required ones with a handwritten sign saying not the open the freezer without assistance. The other young lady working was already breaking down the stone so it was off and half 75% defrosted. I get that pre-closing has to happen, but I almost didn't want the ice cream because she was putting the mix-in jars directly onto the stone to clean the sneezeguard. The rag she was using kept running across the stone as well which was disgusting to watch. Most of the display jars need to be refreshed as the mix-ins are quite faded. She also seemed like she didn't want to be working as she was giving a bit of attitude to the girl serving us. She then completely ignored our server after going to the back and being audibly called for assistance with something. Those types of attitudes get you sent home. Could easily be a 5-star store with adjustments. It was only our server that saved the visit.

Venturing into Cold Stone Creamery after a lengthy stroll was the perfect decision for a fun-filled dessert experience. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and a warm welcome from the staff. My favorite part was definitely watching them skillfully blend in the mix-ins on the cold stone slab. I always leave impressed because they deliver me not only delicious ice cream but an unforgettable experience.

I visited Cold Stone on may 11th to use a Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer I received via email. My visit quickly turned into a nightmare, thanks to the appalling behavior of the manager, Branecia.
When I tried to redeem my reward, the cashier couldn't find it under my phone number. So, I asked for the manager’s help. Branecia came over, and from the moment she approached, her attitude was beyond unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly addressing the issue, she raised her voice at me.
Her tone was condescending and aggressive, making an already frustrating situation much worse. Rather than helping me resolve the problem, she chose to belittle and berate me in front of other customers. It turns out, all I needed to do was download the app to access my reward, which she could have explained politely. But no, she chose to be nasty and unhelpful.
Branecia is a poor excuse for a manager and does not deserve her position. Her lack of professionalism and customer service skills is disgraceful. She should be fired immediately for her inability to handle simple customer service interactions and her blatant disrespect for customers.
Cold Stone, you need to seriously reconsider who you put in charge of your stores. No one should have to endure such a horrible experience just to get ice cream. Avoid this location unless you want to be treated terribly by Branecia.

Don't ever order online. They will not even check if there is an order until you arrive, and then ignore you until you get fed up of waiting. I just had to wait 25 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready before I arrived, and most of that time the store was completely empty. This place is a joke.

Very dirty store, with absolutely awful staff. I think her name was something like Celene, was very rude and did a terrible job making the ice cream, she barely mixed it. And for some reason it melted way faster than any other ice cream. Toppings were scattered all over the place making the working area a disaster, and they have almost no seating, me and my boyfriend went outside and sat in a grassy area in the parking lot due to lack of seating. Will not be coming back.

The ice cream is so rich and creamy and the mix-ins can create some delicious flavors! Be creative or pick from the menu. The people who are working here were courteous and the one who made my ice cream cups made them perfectly by chopping all the large mix-ins into small pieces so every spoonful has something! Delicious and recommend!

I was very disappointed with my service. The girl who took my order made me feel very rushed and I felt like she was just trying to get me out of there. On top of that she over filled my cup and had ice cream falling out on the sides just making everything messy and sticky. I think her name was Bransia? I was disappointed because I usually get a very warm and cool vibe from this staff, I don’t know if she’s new but this is very poor service from cold stone??

This Cold Stone is situated in the Cleary plaza on Nob Hill, which is also home to Winn Dixie. Although I don't visit often, I was thrilled to discover Silk chocolate almond milk as a new alternative and to take advantage of their summer promotion.

No sense of urgency. Leave advertisements up but don’t actually have advertised items. Little interaction from staff other than what do you want and this is what you owe. Not worth the exorbitant price.
