Listen you all are unprofessional running a buisness n domt know how to for real I ordered a $70 order through their website and im told they didn't get notification then proceed to tell me 15-20 mins after that my order is jus now being made cuz I CALLED AND THATS WHEN THE ORDER CAME TRU then tell me they dont deliver she made it seem as if they dont deliver at all when she could of said we have ppl that delivery through under and etc so before that's even cleared up im trying to get my refund which they had to call me back because of authorization from the manager but while that is happening im receiving text like give ur drive a better idea of location and your order has now been accepted...bro im overwhelmed cuz im thinking I can't get my food cuz they saying they dont delivey NOT oh we the ppl in the store dont deliver but we have ppl that come and pick up your food to deliver to u somehow she got it twisted n had me go off of oh they dont deliver at all so I need that refund now as im tryna figure out how to receive said refund she goes she can't cause the transactions not their n etc while other DELIVERY DRIVES ARE POPPING UP DOR MY ORDER THAT SHE SAID THEY DONT DELIVER BUT THE XHEID OFFERED TO DELIVER FOR A FOURTY DOLLAR FEE bruuuuhhhh IS YAWL COO very dissappinted cuz I fwy but islanders really be the worse ppl to communicate with buisness wise

Ordered Fried Snapper it was fried to death and the macaroni was not what I'm accustomed to. It lacked real flavor and that bahamian little touch of heat and also a little over baked. Conch fritters look right but authentic conch fritter taste was not there and texture was off. The peas and rice was dark like jamaican rice and peas also tasteless. The Johnny cake tasted more like pound cake. Service was pleasant and personable but food is truly subpar if you're looking for authentic bahamian flavor, I'm sorry to say this isn't the place. I truly wish I could say otherwise but the food was not good and I'd suggest you find bahamian food elsewhere. They say a restaurant is only as good as it's cook, so it may be time for a change.

I called to place an order. It literally says the place close at 9pm. To speak rudely to a customer who always buy from here is very inconsiderate and reflects poor customer service. If I’m telling you I’m leaving my house now to come pick up the phone, you keep stressing to me that I need to be there by 7:30 because you don’t want to be waiting. The I asked do you not close at 9 anymore and you scream NO with an attitude. Smh.
I have been to other locations, but this location is garbage. Broward Boulevard in Plantation The food was not good. And the lady that was serving us attitude and didn’t understand her food menu we will never go to this restaurant again. Our advice is that they need to get someone from the Other locations that are good to assist them on how to run this this restaurant on Broward Boulevard.??????

TerribleOn Saturday 2/17/24 I spent $85 on oxtail dinner, steamed snapper dinner, conch fritters, fried conch, and chicken souseThe oxtail dinner was a small portion, I believe they served me the lunch portions, potato salad was disgusting and extremely saltyThe steamed snapper dinner, snapper was undersized and extremely salty. The snapper was so small that I think it maybe illegal to serve snapper that small. Portion was small and I believe I was served the lunch portionThe fried conch was terrible and wasn’t fried golden brown, taste staleThe chicken souse is normally good but this time it came filled with a bunch of potatoes and the container had a hole in it which was leaking the entire time.I’m extremely disappointed in the food from this restaurant and wouldn’t recommend them..The one star is for the conch fritters…. A+
