Came to get a bubble tea the guy at the counter was very nice. Asked for little ice and no sugar and they made it quick and just how i wanted.

As a customer I was denied a cup of water, they are require to provide free cup of water as a request by a consumer, I was not given that option, I had to buy a bottle of water just to take a pill.

Well first to order and to receive the food it takes forever. Honestly if the food was good I wouldn't care. We ordered tequeños, churros, and a chicken empanada. None of it hit... the churros were hard and lacked all the flavor in the world. The tequenos and the empanada were both severely under cooked.
