From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome and well taken care of. He recommended the perfect addition to my omelette (I picked The ultimate) to make more complete and delicious my meal. Also I always ask for brown sugar for my coffee and he went the extra mile to accommodate my request. He surely exceeded my expectations. My family and I first noticed the nasty and dirty doors coming in which should have been an indication of how this experience was going to go! The food was over cooked, sausage was burnt and bitter, the toast was burnt and the eggs were dry! Service was awful as well!. 0/10 will never go there again!

Horrible service when you call up because your takeout order was missing items and an individual answers claiming to be the manager when I know he was not the manager because he was the normal employee working there that gave me the order and the manager took the order. Just gonna have to file a card dispute since zero customer service and complete lies from the person on the phone.

Very slow service, the place is not very busy and it took a long time to deliver the food. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was very bad, it was water with strawberry nesquik. My daughter's pancakes were not cooked well and were very ugly. And they did not give me what I actually ordered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. They serve children spoiled grapes.

Almost everything was good. The thing I would like to complain about is that we only got the vanilla milk for the coffee when we asked and that we weren't asked if we wanted more coffee. The bill was placed on the table as soon as we received our food. But otherwise there is nothing to complain about.
