I order food from this location all the time. They always mess up my order. I complain for the first time and was promised a free make up order for my Philly cheesesteak they messed up.I have never complained and was promised this replacement. I call up today and the store manager denies my replacement order telling her staff to relay to me that it is a new store policy that if you don’t reorder in 5 days the promise made will not be honored.I will not be ordering from you ever again Selena thank you for your great customer service and neglecting to honor a promise made by a member of your team.Start training your staff to get orders right.

Do not order from this Dominos. We were staying at a local hotel overnight because our flight was canceled and it was one of the only places to offer delivery. After our order was placed the confirmation said 65-75 minutes for delivery. The store was only 4.5 miles away, but we were okay to wait. And then once it was over 45 minutes, I tried to check our tracker and the app kept saying it couldn’t locate my order. And I tried calling the store but waited on hold for 10 minutes, four different times. I finally got through to someone on the 5th attempt, at this point it was over 90 minutes from the time I placed the order. The said the driver was 3 minutes away. The food finally arrived after 95 minutes and the pizza was smashed in the box, the sandwich was overcooked and dry. Warning to anyone looking at ordering from this location— you’re better off getting anything else but this!
