Domino's Pizza

I come here fairly consistently for lunch during work and the staff is really nice. However they consistently mess up my order, just a pizza with extra sauce, about a third of the time they don’t do that and do add extra cheese. When I let them know they’ve made a mistake there is kinda just a shrug and that’s about it. This is not a problem I face at any other location, why here?

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered two pizzas in the store and sat to wait. As I waited I watched the cashier (blonde female with quite an attitude) put on a pair of gloves at the pizza prep station, pull out her cell phone with her gloves hand, type something on her phone, put it back in her pocket and went right to grabbing the shredded cheese and spreading it over a pizza crust the pizza prep staff member (young male with loose, black wavy hair) had prepared for her. After putting the pizza in the oven she proceeded to go about boxing up and delivering items to the front counter to give another customer. She provided plates and cutlery, and then returned to preparing pizzas all while still wearing the same soiled gloves. Simultaneously, the male staff member was steadily preparing pizzas without gloves. Needing something Absolutely disgusting. I ordered two pizzas in the store and sat to wait. After putting the pizza in the the reefer he went to retrieve it (grabbing the handle with reefer with his ungloved hand), and went right back to making pizza with no gloves and without washing his hands. When I brought this disturbing conduct to the attention of the manager, Deshaun, the other two employees having overheard my complaints, made the gesture of washing their hands (though it looked like the female was making like she was washing her gloved hands!) And then the male staff member returned to the pizza prep station, pulled out his phone, propped it on a shelf at eye level and went right back to prepping pizza without gloves and his hair flopping around. This is the nastiness that gets people SICK! Our cell phones are filthy and handling them while preparing people’s food is downright disgusting and it didn’t seem to matter much to the manager or employees. Food safety re-training is a must at this location. I cancelled my order on the spot and went to the Domino's at 1943 N Pine Island Rd, Plantation, FL 33322, it was a 180 degree difference and I was happy to give them my patronage.

Ordered the 6.99 deal, they didn’t put any sauce on my pizza so it all came dry.. the delivery drivers act very passive aggressive for their tips but they arrived twenty minutes after it said it was en route & the food wasn’t even worth buying .. save your money and maybe try the jacaranda square dominos or luvnoven, they have better deals for pizza ..

The pizza was horrible; it barely had any cheese, and the crust was very thin. I ordered three boxes of pizza, but I went to another pizza place for my children. I will never order from Domino's again.

I ordered a medium pizza half veggie, half pepperoni and pineapple, the guy who made my pizza made it wrong he put pepperoni over all the pizza, I signal him not to but couldn’t hear even after his coworker told him what I said he continued, he had AirPods on.

Secondly it’s disgusting how they make the pizza with there bare hands no gloves, one nails so nasty.

TERRIBLE customer service and completely disrespectful. They kept telling me my OWN address was as wrong when they didn’t do their due diligence of properly delivering my pizza. They should fire whoever was behind that line.

Went today to order some pizza because I ordered it online and they said they didn’t find it when I know that I placed the order in the right place so when I order the pizza I usually pays for three pies 22 and they charge me $45 with some change so I don’t understand why they charge me $45 when it was supposed to be $22 with some chains this is unbelievable for that. I will go eat in a restaurant not there because when I go to eat a pizza in another place, I pay $45 with some chains so I went there because we were tie of money and they charge me that I don’t think this is fair. People need to know how to do the jobs because it was a medium pie and on the app says 5. 99 for each pie. listen people money don’t grow on tree.

There is a guy he called himself a manager his name is Dajane or fagatan so unprofessional rude customer service hopefully he’s not the manager and the manager see the post or the owner fix this
