Ordered online for the whole family waited over an hour called the place waiting on hold for 20 mins then they answered to tell me we haven’t even started your pizza would have picked it up but they told me another hour and was kinda rude and basically convinced me to cancel my order which I did now we gotta find food at 1030 at night after waiting a long time

Getting super stingy with the amount of toppings these days. XL doesn’t seem as big anymore either. Also, last time we paid for Large but it was in an XL sized box and was literally the size of a Medium. A true XL really should be cut into 8 slices not 6 like it was tonight! And, slices should be evenly cut, not be a crazy size difference in same box! ??♀️?

When One calls any location of Domino's it goes into a master system that prohibits any communication with that particular store so a few Sundays ago I had really liked the previous pizza plural and showed up about 11 o'clock to be able to have it for the 1 o'clock Dolphins game. You could tell right away that they were swamped with phones ringing unanswered for 1015 minutes and they appeared to be only one delivery person and the manager and another delivery who was actually helping prepare pizza but when you have someone in the store who has come previous times priorand is trying to order you should not leave them for over 1/2 hour and then another half an hour to actually put their pizza in the queue and what a shame because it is very good pizza

People were very nice.Not many coupons though at this site.I got a large 3 topping for $10I chose mushrooms, then half chicken half sausage. But I felt like I should’ve had another topping since it was only half half, buuut, they didn’t honor that.I’ll try again next time.

Absolutely DISGUSTING how I was just spoken to. I ordered pizza just as I always do. For whatever reason the apt number wasn't showing up for him even though I went back on the order address and it was clear as day for me. He called me I missed the call and I tried calling back and was left on a hold by dominos for over 10 minutes to where the lady who answered the phone said he brought it back to the store & he's not going to bring it back so I'll have to come get it I explained how I have 2 kids one of which is sleeping so I cannot leave why can't he just come back and bring it? I literally live the next street over it would take him less than 5 minutes to get there to where she then said "why is that dominos problem?" if im paying for food to have delivered the least you could've done is brought it back out your next delivery run but instead they choose to inconvenience paying customers

I will NEVER order from this location again. The delivery drivers are always rude when receiving my order to my job in Sunrise. Cesar delivered my food today and was rushing me and harrassing the receptionist for me to hurry up and get my order. He arrived and I didnt even have 1 minute to come downstairs to meet him. The receptionist also put in a complaint because he was harrassing her to keep calling me. Very unprofessional!

I’m disappointed, my delivery order took over 2 and a half hours to complete, and I had to go to the store to get it.I ordered a delivery order at 6:30pm. I didn’t get to the “Quality Check” stage until 7:26pm, but I was then stuck at that stage. I called the store at 8pm, curious as to where my food was but no one answered. I decided to stay on the phone and then drive to the store, and when I arrived to the store, to no surprise, other frustrated customers were waiting and the store’s phone was on a constant ring with no answer. I waited at the desk to be attended to for 20 minutes, after being ignored multiple times. Once an employee asked what I wanted, I told them my delivery order number and expressed my confusion as to where my food was. Turns out, my order was not made or ready at all. After more than two and a half hours of waiting for my order that was supposed to be delivered, they started making the food. I asked for a refund or some sort of recovery for the lack of service, but my request annoyed the employee and he was of no avail. Horrible service, horrible experience, overall disappointed.

I arrived at the site at 11:30pm and they already had the door closed, don't they close at 12am? Pure lies of truth, and they turned off the lights inside on purpose to make me believe that no one was there, they didn't even deign to go to the door, a customer does not deserve to be despised in that way, is my money worthless? I will never return I prefer to go to another one, they are friendly and helpful
