CAME TO VISIT FORT LAUDERDALE FROM FORT MYERS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY BAD THE OLD LADYS JAMAICANS IN THE FRONT ARE VERY RUDE !! TALKING VERY LOUD!! IM JAMAICAN SO THE CONVERSATION THAT WAS BEEN TALKED ABOUT IS NOT Appropriate FOR WORK ! AS WE WHERE EATING OUR FOOD ONE OF THE LADYS CAME CLEANING THE TABLE AND STARTED TO SING VERY LOUD!!

This Donnas location, without question, is the BEST one in the area!! I have been to many others and none do it like the one on Pine Island. It is clean and spotless. The employees are always welcoming and offer excellent customer service. The food is always fresh, tasty and amazing no matter what time of day it is. The prices are also reasonable. I will definitely continue to frequent here!!

The Pine Island location is bright and clean, but more importantly the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. I bought oxtail and curry goat. the servings were generous. I hope they keep up the good work and the high-quality of food and service. I usually don’t enjoy anybody else’s Jamaican cooking other than my mother’s. This is now go-to go to spot any time I visit. Even my mom gave the food a thumbs up and she don’t like how anybody else cooks.

Donna's is charging $1 extra for oxtail gravy. Ridiculous.

I'm from Miami and the food here to me was delicious. Nice and quiet the workers was nice and was professional, the atmosphere was astonish. Will be back.... When I'm on that end of the block.

Oxtail dry, no flavor. Hard like gissle. Only exactly 6 pieces but lots of fat. This the second time, won't go back.

Went in to get soup. I asked the server if there’s meat in the soup and she said yes. I got 2 cups of large red pea soup at $12 and change each. 1 little piece of beef in each soup and a lot of food. 1 piece of meat in the soup is unacceptable. The people who are serving the food act as if you are begging. They act as if they are putting meat in soup but they just shaking it off meat and scooping up food and carrots. I got a large cup of red pea soup from Dutch pot it had lots of meat and food and the cup was much taller for less. This will be my last time buying soup from Donna’s. And the way Donna’s servers serve food as if people came to beg is horrible. Service sucks. No meat in the soups.
