Incredibly rude waitstaff. I would definitely go out of my way to go somewhere else if you value friendliness at service. She went out of her way to make me wait for my order Which was just a plain croissant. It probably even bordered on racism , because I asked a simple question about how can I tell which order is mine. I've never Been treated so rudely in my life.

Go to another Dunkin location. Unacceptable experience (not just once).Today I waited 15 minutes for two hot food items with my one-year-old, only to be told my order was never made. When I asked for a refund, the manager Kiara loudly said ājust give her a refundā and waved me off in front of everyone. I was only refunded for part of my order, and the implication that I was taking more than I paid for while having my 1 year old child; was insulting and unprofessional. Gabby was kind and apologetic, but management clearly needs retraining in respect and customer service.

OMG October 9, 2025 at 6:15 PM and the lady behind the counter made me the best hot chocolate I have ever had at Dunkinā! And let me not forget her customer service was beyond my expectations. Super nice super friendly will definitely be back at this location Kudos to your team!

Unbelievable! @10:40am I got a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with cream cheese. It was stale and small. I canāt believe they are making them so small. And even the amount of cream cheese is so much less than it used to be. I recommend you asking for the cream cheese on the side so at least you get the unopened container. And to top it up while I was writing this review my cat licked the cream cheese off of it. I wonāt be back, thatās for sure.
