Placed order online,nobody in drive thru so I picked up my order drive thru,instead of walk in.Manager had the worst attitude because she was to lazy to walk to the pick up shelf which was 2 steps away from her window.Lazy and rude

Not sure how this location is still operating. Worst customer service ever experienced at a Dunkin location. Their employees take their TIME with everything, they have no urgency to help you. I usually order online and pick up at the drive thru (there's always an issue with my order because they seem to never be fully stocked). Today I decided to get down and order at the restaurant, I'm not kidding when I said I was standing there for about 7 minutes on an EMPTY location while the 2 employees were chatting among each other and handing out food at the drive thru. When I finally was helped (it was not because they wanted to but because another customer walked in, spoke their language (creole?) and then that's when they turned to help me), all the food I ordered was placed in front of me and when I asked for a bag (for the food) I was handed the bag instead of having the items put in. Just trash location, hope you get closed down.

Brenda went absolutely above and beyond with her service. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the whole experience better from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and treats customers with such kindness and professionalism.

On top of that, this location is impressive. The store was spotless — clean floors, tidy counters, and a well-organized pickup area. Even during a busy time, everything looked maintained and welcoming. The seating area was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my order.

Because of Brenda and the overall atmosphere of this location, I’ll definitely be coming back. Exceptional service and cleanliness make all the difference. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When employees attending customers look angry and give you attitude that speaks volumes about the quality of their output. The manager, you can tell has her hands full but despite that you can also tell she is trying very hard while always keeping a smile on her face. Hope help is on the way.

Come to this dunkin after 5pm if you want to damn near everything will be out of stock and guy in the drive thru window will lie cause when I went inside one of my items was in stock and if you order through mobile you will not be able to get a refund they’ll give you the runaround and tell you call customer service because manager not at store and they don’t have manager information to give. Think twice before coming here.

The employees here are very kind. This location makes your coffee correct to order and the food is provided warm. I honestly wanted to leave this review though after noting the bee issue they have in the bushes along their drive-thru. There was a bit of a language barrier in explaining this to them through the drive through and I just wanted to reiterate in hopes that they call out a bee keeper to save and relocate these bees rather than exterminating them. There were a lot of bees and there’s likely a hive/colony nearby.

Everything was really good and fresh. I got the $6 deal meal. The croissant, egg, sausage, and cheese, hash browns, and a medium coffee. Best hash browns around. I got a caramel iced coffee. Service was great and fast. It was a nice place to eat on our journey. Eben

Yes, always THOROUGHLY check your order. I peeped...DO NOT just PEEP. I just left Dunkin Donut (Plantation) the first person trying to take my order could NOT understand and then he called another person that did not understand but said she got it. NO you all do not have. Dunkin Donut managers...why have folk at counters/windows taking orders that do not comprehend??? However, I blame me for not going over to a table opening both of my orders and doing a real INSPECTION. I waited a long time and it still was incorrect. DO BETTER...we are paying more y'all do better.
