If I could, it would be zero stars. Lady working the drive thru got my order wrong. I asked for no sugar in my coffee, and when I pulled up in the window, she said, "You asked for no sugar, right?" I told her yes, no sugar. She then told me oh alright we didn't put sugar in the coffee and proceeded to give it to me. I regret leaving right away but was in a hurry, so when I tried it, it was so sweet it was nasty. I regret not getting her name and speaking with a manager about it. She lied about what was in the coffee, I could probably sue her or dunkin' for that, but it's not a big of a deal. It's a waste of time and I'm not the type of person to hold a grudge. Be warned, check your drinks and food before leaving the drive thru!!!This happened around 6 pm on Nov.13Literally these employees can endanger someone with an allergy or medical condition for lying about what's in a drink/food. If this proceeds, I see a lawsuit coming soon.

Whole team is trash!!! Why is everyone mad? Literally ruin everyone's day with one interaction. My daughters bagel bites were COLD. I ordered a MEDIUM DRINK got a SMALL. I ordered chocolate munchkins got regular glazed. Like?? I don't understand I go inside to fix everything and everyone got a attitude. Girls in the drive thru window wanna be shady and shout comments across the kitchen and not to my face. WEIRD. Y'all need new employees because it's not it at all. Not to mention everyone around me had orders messed up. DO BETTER.

In the past two months, I've gotten 4-5 iced coffees (both decaf and regular). Every time they have been horrible! Almost zero flavor, to the point where I don't even drink it. I keep thinking it's just the batch, and I give them another try and the same thing happens. They need to fix their process- it's not that difficult to make decent iced coffee.
Stop by the drive-thru for a few quick drinks fornthe family in a HOT ? South Floruda day.The drive-thru moved quickly and the drinks were made perfectly.I'm not usually pleased with this particular location, but the weekend crew seems to have it more together.

I placed an order at 6:55pm on the mobile app. When I reached the drive thru before 7pm. I was told they have no donuts and the machines are being cleaned. Now I have to fight with Dunkin online to get a refund. Why are the machines being cleaned 2 hours before closing time????

Need to learn how to get my LG iced coffee right . French vanilla ice coffee they always making it wrong sometimes it comes out with more milk and can not taste like coffee it tastes like milk coffee instead

Small Dunkin' in Plantation, where I ordered a egg cheese wrap using the mobile app.The food was ready when promised, the people behind the counter were very nice and helpful.The wrap was light but that was what I wanted, just a quick light snack as I was doing some shopping in the area.Easy to order using the APP....no hassles, no wait....
