Poor customer service, rude employees, and lazy food production. Ordered a grilled cheese and the workers didn’t even bother to toast the bread… gave me a cold cheese sandwich on sourdough… absolutely disgusting and a waste of money

Picked up my mobile order just to recieve all the wrong things I ordered pumpkin munchkins instead recieved cold assorted ones. While both drinks were completely off. They also did not give me a receipt and claimed they cant cause they trashed it. Upon my return I presented them with the items and requested my order to be made. Just to be told they were out of the munchkins I ordered and didn't have the items to make both of my drinks. No resolution was offered no exchange, no refund didn't want to cancel my order just bickering with nasty attitude. Now I have to post a review so other people dont experience this and wait tili get a response from corporate this is my second time dealing with their garbage customer service. CHECK YOUR BAG AND ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING. They will hand you whatever just because they please. They will not make you aware your items are not available.

Rushed through order and got the one food item I asked for wrong. Not surprised. There there was no drive through line. Frozen caramel coffee and a bowl of chipotle hashbrowns. (Got the wrap instead) this is what the coffee looked like. Big ole ice chunks. Not blended properly. Had to set it in the sun before I could drink it🤷🏽‍♂️.

I have been a Dunkin’ customer for years, I love going there to get my tea and bagels. But I pulled in the drive through I guess the manager was having a bad day, I was being rushed, she’s was being so rude she refused to listen to my orders as I was annoying her with my orders, When I finally got to the window she had pull up her shirt like she was ready for a fight, I just canceled my order and asked her for the corporate number she refused to give it to me. Dunkin’ yall have to do better I know it’s desperate time especially finding good managers to run these stores, but customers are there to spent money, not to be disrespected or feel like we are there to be a bother or annoying.

I just received bad treatment from the employees of this establishment, 10 minutes to answer and nothing and I asked who could help and they told me if you don't want to wait you can leave we don't care about you SADE employee said that. Very shameful for a chain of this size.

How is your one job to put donuts in a box and you still get it wrong???
Spent $35 on Uber eats half of my order was wrong or missing. Didn’t get my 2 orders of hash browns and half of the donuts were the wrong kind. I only was able to get $4 and change back. Thanks so much I didn’t know it was rocket science to put donuts in a box. P.S. this is like the 10th time this location has completely botched my order I usually order from a different Dunkin’ farther from my house due to this location being horrendous. Coming from someone who works at a restaurant- Do better

I buy a coffee every day from Dunkin' donuts I came to this location and my coffee taste rotten I know that the cream is spoiled that they put in it? I tried to call there there's no answer. I wonder if they even smell or check the cream before they put it in the coffee.... The whole coffee tastes like rotten milk I'm so upset!!!
