I just received bad treatment from the employees of this establishment, 10 minutes to answer and nothing and I asked who could help and they told me if you don't want to wait you can leave we don't care about you SADE employee said that. Very shameful for a chain of this size.

How is your one job to put donuts in a box and you still get it wrong???
Spent $35 on Uber eats half of my order was wrong or missing. Didn’t get my 2 orders of hash browns and half of the donuts were the wrong kind. I only was able to get $4 and change back. Thanks so much I didn’t know it was rocket science to put donuts in a box. P.S. this is like the 10th time this location has completely botched my order I usually order from a different Dunkin’ farther from my house due to this location being horrendous. Coming from someone who works at a restaurant- Do better

I buy a coffee every day from Dunkin' donuts I came to this location and my coffee taste rotten I know that the cream is spoiled that they put in it? I tried to call there there's no answer. I wonder if they even smell or check the cream before they put it in the coffee.... The whole coffee tastes like rotten milk I'm so upset!!!

Very bad services, I stay for long time to orders, I wait until all car side finished , then I decide to left and they don’t even ask me to stay.

Ordered a few minutes ago. The whole order is wrong, I tried calling the store three times and no answer. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Dunkin. Spend your money elsewhere to save yourself some trouble.

normally the staff here are very nice i guess today at 12:45 they staff was having an off day, which is understandable everybody got their days i work in the biz i get it ,but got my order which was wrong after repeating the order back twice to her they still manage to get it incorrectly which at that i offered a solution to correct half the errors ,the offer half i was okay with dealing with what they gave me, So i asked for 2 cups of ice the staff begins to say its 1.65 i apologized to the lady and acknowledged that i did ask for it be iced twice, the lady continued saying its going to be 1.65 at that point i did not have it in cash only on my card so i gave up and asked the lady to please make it ice and just pay for another 2 iced coffee, their guest manager needs to hold a guest communication and step of service retrain on the team

Hay please please dunkin manger if your employees won’t to work change them there are so many people like to work and give a good customer service with a big smile in there face when they work, the employees here such a horrible stuff no service no customer, she was texting when took my order and after she get mad when i told here my order is wrong plus she charge me extra for something I didn’t order it like please you guys want to make Business have a good stuff first.
