Einstein Bros. Bagels

Went to this restrauant because it opens early and ranking was not bad. Picked 2 bagels, much better than I had expected, the taste was very pleasing. Highly recommended.

The bagels themselves were good, amount of schmear is underwhelming, and quantity of tomatoes was also underwhelming. Service was great, when we asked for more tomatoes for the bagel, they happily obliged and gave us more. Overall a good experience.

Had been going to this Einstein's for 25 years and haven't been there in over a month due to hip surgery and Felicia the manager was not in the girl that took my order as I pointed to the sandwich that I always get and she has been there a while but Seem to try that I was ordering it wrong but she did put no hot sauce and of course both of them came with hot sauce and the coffee was OK but when I came to when the manager Felicia was back on Friday with my receipt and with pictures somehow they still made me pay for half the bill Whereas the only reason I did eat one of the un toasted loaded with hot sauce sandwiches was because I got there at 8:04 and when I turned around at 8:20 there was already a line of 10 people yet they did not over too busy not Felicia but the girl that took the order And charge me anyway and the customer shouldn't have to say double or triple toasted just to get it regular toasted but it was not nor was the bacon cooked well

I waited near the pick up sign for an online order. And after about 10 mins of waiting and the staff looking at me wait, I say I’m waiting on an online order and they say you need to pick up on the orders side. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past months since I’ve moved to plantation.
In this time I’ve come in no more than 10 times and every time they remembered me greeted me kindly and provided great customer service.
The food has always been great and once i asked them about something that was wrong with my order and they apologized and fixed it with no pressure at all.
The folks working here are so kind and i real appreciate it.
I hope corporate can see this review and at least give them a thumbs up because they deserve it.

I work in this area on Thursdays so it’s convenient for me to visit Einsteins. I like it because my mom used to take me & my sister here when we were younger so visiting brings up feelings of nostalgia. However my last two visits haven’t been the most pleasant. The last time I came was on a Friday (typically not a day that I visit but my scheduled was flipped around this week) and a guy who brought weed into the store so he was was getting arrested during my visit and today they had half the chairs on top of the tables giving the illusion that they were closed. Definitely not the inviting and calm atmosphere that I am used to. I will give it another shot because it’s definitely a place I look forward to coming to on Thursday afternoons during my lunch break.
