Great food

Arrived at the location around 9:30am placed an order for a an avocado bagel sandwich which I have ordered before and was excellent. I order 2 hashbrowns a bagel with chive cream cheese but most importantly dog bagels. I have 3 golden retriever service dogs that love them which is the whole reason for the visit. When getting home with the order I didn’t have the dog bagels or hashbrowns. The location isn’t exactly close. I had some very upset pups and my daughter’s sandwich was made with old not fresh vegetables. When I called the location the manager said I had to come back for the missing items. When I got to the location an hour later Shania the manager couldn’t have been nastier. She was yelling at me saying she gave me the items and I should have ordered something else the sandwich wasn’t good. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful in my life. I paid for the items I did not need to be screamed at. I would advise to proceed with caution or avoid this location. They are rude and disrespectful to customers.

The food was overall alright. But after ordering and waiting for the food to be made, the working area where they store food, the heaters, made me sick. It was dirty, bottles with sauces had a old dried sauce all around it, food was not organized. The grilling pan had a burnt food all over it. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Also woman’s bathroom were another level, dirty, rust all over.

I love their French toast bagel. But this morning, I took a bite and got a nice strand of hair that was commingled into my cream cheese. Grossed out. Will be a while before I get it again, at least from this location.

Only because they double-charged my card and no one can help yet... Crazy how people can take your money and you can't do anything about it. Robbery without a gun.🙄😒

Not the service there, to be clear... they are great... I ordered on the app, and this time they just double-charged me, and I'm still waiting to hear back from anyone.🤷🏾

Took a while with digital money that should be faster, but whatever, I finally got the refund... same thing happen with the McDonald's app... but I never got my refund. The crooks kept it so I will give some credit for atleast getting it back to me although many days later... imagine if it was my last... I guess no one cares. Oh well 😒🙄🤷🏾

These bagels are good and very tasty. I had the brisket and it was very tender and juicy It is really a good choice for breakfast. Coffee is served really hot, be careful!

I love this location the staff is friendly and kind the general manager is literally heaven sent and the the guy making the sandwiches is so friendly while staff is heaven sent ! Thank you for being so kind !

Went to this restrauant because it opens early and ranking was not bad. Picked 2 bagels, much better than I had expected, the taste was very pleasing. Highly recommended.

The bagels themselves were good, amount of schmear is underwhelming, and quantity of tomatoes was also underwhelming. Service was great, when we asked for more tomatoes for the bagel, they happily obliged and gave us more. Overall a good experience.
