Let me start off by saying I love Einstein, but recently they’ve been going downhill at this specific location. DO NOT order Uber Eats from this location. Every single time I do; there’s ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Today, I ordered a turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich on an Asiago bagel. Instead, they gave me a turkey sandwich with cucumbers (which I’m HIGHLY allergic to, by the way, could’ve been really bad if I actually ate some) spinach, and tomato.
And before you question if it was the Uber Eats drivers fault (if he grabbed the wrong bag) or not, my boyfriend’s order was placed in the same bag. His order was correct, so it was purely Einstein’s fault.
They obviously just look at the very first two words on the order and disregarded the “bacon and avocado” part. This could’ve been really bad, but luckily I actually noticed before I took a bite. Tempted to bring this up to corporate because this is ridiculous. Couldn’t even bring it back because it was Uber Eats.
I ended up getting a full refund from Uber Eats, but will not be eating here again.
Again, do not order online/on Uber Eats from this location!
We recently grabbed breakfast at the Einstein Bros. Bagels located at the end of a small strip mall on Broward Blvd off Pine Island Road. Limited outdoor and indoor seating. Self-serve coffee bar (small coffee $2.69 with free refills). Today we ordered one plain bagel with cream cheese and one plain bagel buttered ($2.39 plain, $4.28 with cream cheese, $3.28 with butter). At other places, butter comes free with a bagel and cream cheese comes in a small condiment container but not here - almost $1 extra for butter and almost $2 for a very light schmear of cream cheese. We enjoy the fresh and chewy bagels at Einstein and usually order the Baker's Dozen ($15.89). The Baker's Dozen of 13 bagels is a bargain compared to the $7.56 paid for just two bagels.
So I know that no one wants to be at work, but it wohld be nice to get a good morning or how may I help you not just someone staring at you waiting for you to talk to them.. what ever happened to service with a smile or just a hello.. I was my first time at this location.. I'll give it another chance.. lets see if things get better..

Visited this location today and not only was my food good but I had the sweetest young lady help me when I messed up my order. Instead of giving me attitude, she kindly changed my coffee from cold to hot and maybe to some it’s not a big deal but this is how i start my day! I appreciate you and would love leadership to know how great you are, thank you Samantha, you’re awesome!

I visit einstein bagels daily for my all nighter egg sandwich. The manager at this location Larechia is amazing. I've seen her at different stores working and she's always smiling. It's a pleasure to come in and see her and the team. The ladies behind the counter are always so sweet as well. They see me and start making my food. It's always hot and fresh! I couldn't ask for a better place to go for breakfast

Great food
Arrived at the location around 9:30am placed an order for a an avocado bagel sandwich which I have ordered before and was excellent. I order 2 hashbrowns a bagel with chive cream cheese but most importantly dog bagels. I have 3 golden retriever service dogs that love them which is the whole reason for the visit. When getting home with the order I didn’t have the dog bagels or hashbrowns. The location isn’t exactly close. I had some very upset pups and my daughter’s sandwich was made with old not fresh vegetables. When I called the location the manager said I had to come back for the missing items. When I got to the location an hour later Shania the manager couldn’t have been nastier. She was yelling at me saying she gave me the items and I should have ordered something else the sandwich wasn’t good. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful in my life. I paid for the items I did not need to be screamed at. I would advise to proceed with caution or avoid this location. They are rude and disrespectful to customers.

The food was overall alright. But after ordering and waiting for the food to be made, the working area where they store food, the heaters, made me sick. It was dirty, bottles with sauces had a old dried sauce all around it, food was not organized. The grilling pan had a burnt food all over it. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Also woman’s bathroom were another level, dirty, rust all over.
