Food is good but they let this homeless homeless man sitting there outside, making the area so dirty and disgusting to sit around. It’s been going on for over two years and I decide to stop going down cannot look at that anymore. I don’t have anything against them but the dirt around him and nobody doing anything, he’s sitting right front of the store, taking one table with two chairs and if you want to sit outside, there’s no room

If this is the store in Pembroke Pines, great bagels etc, service is good, atmosphere needs cleaning, dusting, updating. But it’s not so bad that you don’t want to eat there just outdated looking to me regarding advertisements, and style of store.
Stephanie, the manager, all went out of their way to prepare custom bagels to avoid contamination with meat. And they served us with a smile despite being so busy! I’m so grateful and will come back!
I pass this location each time I run my weekly errands and finally made a stop here to check it out. As busy as it was on a Saturday morning, I was instantly greeted and my order was taken super quick. My husband had ordered a bagel sandwich Santa Fe and I ended up ordering the pizza bagel. I appreciated how everything is packed for you if you're planning to take it to go. Inside there's plenty of seating and tables and everything appeared nice and clean. The pizza bagel I had definitely hit the spot! There was a generous amount of cheese and sauce on the bagel and it was evenly toasted without being too tough to chew. I devoured it in about 5 minutes mainly because I was starving when I arrived! It was delicious and would recommend it for a midday lunch snack. My husband was quite content with his Santa Fe Bagel Sandwich. It had egg white and a turkey sausage patty cooked perfectly inside. The patty was juicy and tender. The cheese on it also went well with the added salsa spread which provides a nice kick to a bagel sandwich. Prices were not bad at all for everything. They also provide a few combo deals in case you're craving a bit more and maybe want a coffee or drink. We've stopped here again and might make it a monthly visit!

Finally decided to stop here after I pass by it almost every day! I was craving a bagel sandwich after some early errands so I stopped here! The staff greeted me right when I walked in and all of them were super friendly even though they were flying everywhere to make sure orders were being made super quickly. I ordered a bagel sandwich, the Santa fe, and my wife ordered a bagel with butter. Everything is packaged to-go so you can leave right away or eat it at their store. The store was super clean and all of the tables were wiped down as people left. The Santa fe bagel was phenomenal! It came with one egg white, which was cooked well as well as a turkey sausage patty. The patty was seasoned wonderfully and super juicy which I loved! They add a salsa spread on it that gives it a nice zest without being overpowering spicy. The bagel was warmed perfectly and the cheese was melted nice as well! The bagel with butter was nice as well, with the perfect amount of butter so it wasn't too drippy! The prices are reasonable with the Santa fe bagel being about ten dollars and only a couple bucks for the buttered bagel. The friendly staff, good food and fast service will now make this place my goto for bagels in the area!
