So good — top notch bagels and amazing coffee! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a bagel spot. The coffee was delicious too, which is always a bonus. Shoutout to the girl with the pretty light blue mermaid hair — she was seriously the sweetest and made the whole experience even better! 🥯☕💙

I visit this Einstein Bagel once a year and each time I go I am reminded why I don't go! Service is awful! No was in the store and I waited 10 minutes while the person behind the countered finished their phone conversation, which sounded like a personal call. They even tell the person on the phone, in a bothered tone, ok let me put you on hold cuz there's people here...really? And this happens every time I come ...employees run the show in a way that they don't care. I have to learn my lesson and stop coming to this location!

I’ve been going to this establishment many times and the bagel sandwiches are prepared properly with a lot of care, which is very rare these days. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed!

My first impression of the store as I walked in was a very good one due to the restaurant being so clean and organized. I was greeted by a very upbeat and super friendly manager, I think her name was Nancy by the way she was amazing! Being that this was my first time there she took her time and walked me through the menu to find something I would like. Once I found something I would like she then prepared my sandwich and coffee. The sandwich was delicious but the coffee was out of this world. I have never gone anywhere else who has made my coffee as good as she did. It was so good I finished it before my sandwich and went to get another one. Due to the staff and the managers upbeat attitude, how clean the store was and how delicious everything was Einsteins will be my new favorite breakfast spot.

Little chaotic this last week. Come here in the morning after school drop off. Sometimes they are busy sometimes slower but this week little understaffed had the wrong items in my sandwich earlier this week and today (Friday) was crazy busy on both ordering side and pick up side. Lines were a little crazy with no one directing so people cutting each other and tension. I always do online pickup, but they were way behind with people walking out which I don't understand since they already paid. 1 main guys always great looked like he had a trainee and he needed help but he handled great with what he had. Got the pretzel bagel sandwich which was pretty good, and always get a six cheese bagel whulich was nice and fresh. Work on staffing for a Friday morning and accuracy and they will be fine.

Went here to fuel up before a trip to the zoo. It was filling and gave us energy for the day.
There’s something on the menu for everyone and a lot of different bagels.
I was coming in from TX and had an early big order for next day. When I called, they were very helpful and made everything so much easier!

And as a side note. The carry box for a dozen bagels is just genius. The design with the folding/securing top and slots for the cream cheese. Einstein himself could not have done better!

We have used them twice for catering recently, and can't recommend it enough. Even though they were early morning orders, they had everything organized and ready to go. Their employees helped me carry everything to my car, and were such a joy. Will definitely use them more!
Compared to other places we have used, they are incredibly better!
