We love to eat at Einstein Bagels, however, this place flipped me over when we went on 02/28/24. I worked in healthcare and I know what is dirty. It's a very dirty place to begin with. I went to the bathroom while my husband placed our orders. Everything was dirty, including the tables, the coffee counter, and the garbage can. Urine by the bathroom sink. Also, I noticed that the person who was preparing the bagels wasn't wearing gloves. The woman at the register was busy with her phone and we ended up getting just cream cheese and lox. My husband said that he ordered bagels with everything including tomatoes and capers that were missing. While eating that nonsense, I noticed that the lady at the register was recording us. I walked towards her and asked her why she was recording us. She quickly lowered her phone and showed me that she was surfing something else. I would never hire such individuals who don't give a damn about the cleanliness and use their phones during work hours. Please educate your employees about cleanliness and courtesy. Tell them not to record your customers before you face a lawsuit.

No longer going to this location. The staff is rude. They no longer serve decaf coffee, they say the canister is broken. And they don’t serve decaf latte either. If you have a Mobil app order expect to wait 20 minutes. The policy is to take existing customers which I understand but it is not worth the free coffee. We have been going here for 15 years. No more. Management you will continue to lose business. Just wanted you to know why we are no longer coming here. If you even care.

Ordered online, arrived 15 minutes after I ordered and waited 25 minutes for my order to be made. Bathrooms are incredibly dirty and outside tables and chairs are falling apart and quite dangerous to sit in.

Have been going here since opening many years ago. Last month stopped in to grab bagel/ egg sandwich. They told me they could not make any eggs. I figured I would give it one more chance before giving up. This past week went in and ordered the same thing…took it in the car because the dining area was messy and dirty. The bagel was so hard like a rock and burnt. I had to throw it away. I put in a formal review on Einstein’s website requesting a call back. Over one week has passed without a call back from management. They lost my business, and from the looks of the restaurant others have also gone elsewhere. It’s a shame since this location had a line to order years ago

terrible customer service, to anyone looking for a breakfast spot and came across this awful place, keep scrolling unless you want to have a shitty morning and stand in a line where the cashiers are constantly shouting and walking away from the register as they are taking your order. The cashier is a total bitch (she wears a mask ) but you should be able to recognize her right away by her shitty attitude, I just can't understand an establishment that would allow someone to continue interacting with customers when they're clearly terrible at it like that's just going to make customers not come back, and your shop will eventually go out of business. I definitely will not be coming back her terrible customer service was enough for me it's early in the morning nobody wants to deal with someone with a shitty attitude and just a heads up, if she keeps that up someone is going to eventually beat her ass because nobody wants to deal with a rude ass female either fire her or hire a different manager with common sense on who to select to hire.

Sorry if I'm stingy or not high society but $10.00 for a bagel egg and cheese with coffee is expensive. I know it's a brand name and franchise. That's what I get for being lazy. Forgive me for expressing my opinion.

Beware if you buy gift cards, or their eGift cards. You can’t use them with their mobile app. This used to be the case but you cannot do that anymore. So if somebody gives me a gift card or if I give a gift card, I can’t use it unless I walk in and pay at the counter. I normally make my orders on the way so I’ve told my friends not to give me those gift cards and I go elsewhere most of the time. If they add this functionality back into the app, I will go more frequently and change my rating to Five stars.
