Great staff and great sub

My son Ordered through the app for delivery . This was his 1st time using his credit card and the app. The food arrived and the sandwich was wrong . We called and they said they could do a refund or make a new sandwich. Je would have to come get the remade sandwich. He isn’t old enough to drive and said he would take the refund. They said the couldn’t return to the card he would have to come in. Hours later when I could take him , they now said that it had to be disputed through the app, there was nothing they could do. We are going through the dispute process . Lesson learned don’t order from here through the app or for delivery.

I visited with my four kids, and we all had such a great time! Each of them happily enjoyed half of a medium sub — everything was fresh, warm, and delicious. The Hero sub was especially amazing — full of flavor and perfectly made. The restaurant was very clean and well-kept, and the staff was so friendly. Thank you for such a welcoming atmosphere!

After leaving the gym this morning I decided to stop in for a sub hook and ladder over the years I have never had a prob lem but this morning this sub was very messy not enough meat and not put together well I didn't enjoy it at all it's a very nice place service was ok but the sub wasn't prepared correctly.

This restaurant missed the most important order note « NO TURKEY ». The temperature of the food was perfect, the packaging is sustainable, the bread is fresh, but I cannot eat Turkey.
I’d like a refund or voucher please so I can have an edible sandwich.

I love firehouse subs but I will never buy anything here without a coupon or reward points. Also they didn't forget my pickle spears for once so that was nice.

For the first time I order the loaded potatoes soup, this is not to good for those who is diabetic! I had no idea how salty this soup was going to be omg I couldn’t even finish it at all!, But the service was awesome!!!…

I DO UBER EATS WENT THERE LAS NIGHT BEFORE 9PM THIS 3 EMPLOYEES WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THE TALEST SAID WHEN A FAMILY OF 3 WERE ENTERING THE STORE THAT HAD TO GO THE BATHROOM LIKE GOING #2 AND THEY ALL LAUGHED, THEY WERE THAT GUY WAS SCREAMING COME ON LET WORK 1 OF THEM WAS BUSY WORKING THE OTHER 2 SLACKERS THE TALL GUY WAS SAYING I GO TO GO HOME, I GOY PISSED AT THEM TOLD THEM THAT I WAS WAITING TO LONG FOR MY UBER ORDER AND THAT ALL OF WERE PLAYING AROUND TO MUCH AND JOKING AMONG THEM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS FRANCISE LOCATION WILL NEVER GO EAT THER OR PICK UP AN ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY SHOULD BE GIVING AN WARNING IN REGARDS OF THIS !!!!
