Had only one issue a year ago where a new unfriendly staff member took the wrong order and didn’t seem to know the menu since they decline removing ingredients that “aren’t on it”!? It was easily resolved and not worth docking a star when every other interaction has been flawless.

On Sunday I was at the place and the young man Augusto served me with excellent attention and recommendation. I loved my food.

The attention of the woman who works is terrible, horrible. Arrogant and rude. I mistreat my daughter because she takes the wrong order... I treat her badly and when I asked her for the correct order she responded aggressively... she doesn't know how to serve the public. How sad to have to deal with people like that, especially a teenager who comes with the hope of eating in peace. These are the examples we give to our children, aggression and abuse. It's just what I explain to my daughter if it weren't!! I would never return to this place! I prefer to eat at home!

I ordered 2 "Club on a Sub" sandwiches. My wife is ill and I was thinking about her and not paying close attention. I paid and waited for them to be made. I was called, picked up the bag and headed home. When I got home to my sick wife, I handed her the bag. Imagine her surprise when the bag contained only ONE sandwich! I looked at the receipt I saw that I was only charged for one sub even though I distinctly ordered 2. I immediately picked up the phone and called the store. The employee who answered my call said he would get the manager on the line. I explained to manager, Jonathan. He seemed uncaring and dismissive and said, "Well, ma'am, you only paid for one. Now, if you want to come back to the store and pay for another one, that's all I can do." I was shocked at his flippant attitude! I replied, "I'm not the only one at fault here. Yes, I was only charged for one, but I distinctly ordered 2. So you want me to come all the way back there (over a 10-mile round trip) and you're going to do nothing for me? I'm not asking for an entire sub, but you could have offered a sincere apology and maybe $2 off or something. I've been in customer service over 40 years, and this is poor service. I will be calling corporate." He replied, "There's nothing I can do." My wife and I have ordered from this particular store about a dozen times over the last 3 months and this is the first time we've received lousy customer service. Not even offering a REAL, heartfelt apology or a couple of bucks off?!? There are many other sub shops we can give our money to. There's even another Firehouse Subs about 50 blocks south of this store on the same street. Oh, and I did indeed call the corporate office at 7:00 PM this evening.

Edit: I gave this place ANOTHER CHANCE (2.8.21) and they disappointed me again! I came in and ordered a sub with Mayo, lettuce and tomato ONLY. When I got the sub home, it also had some mustard on it!! It looked like someone put it on by mistake and tried to scape some off instead of making a new sandwich! What the hell?!? I also bought a new mint chocolate chip cookie and that tasted like the baker used baking soda instead of baking powder! I took one small bite and threw it in the trash.

I immediately called them and the man took my name and number and told me the owner would call me back the next day. Well, it's 6:00 PM on the 10th and no call yet. I would avoid this place like thile plague!! DON'T GO HERE!! There's another one about 3 miles south. GO THERE INSTEAD!! ☹️☹️☹️

Who sells a 4 INCH SUB FOR $10. FIRST of all 4 inches is for a 6 month old baby. My nephew is 8 years old and eat a footlong. I had no idea and of course reading is fundamental. I would never expect to receive a 4 inch sub. REALLY FIREHOUSE.??? As well as the sandwich was DRY it was like spreading light mayo instead of the juicy marinara sauce, very little cheese. There was NO sauce on the TINY TINY SANDWICH. I am crossing this place off my list. DISAPPOINTED. :-(

Came in to order a sub and the two lady’s that was there in the morning was very rude and lazy I asked to speak to someone higher she said she was a shift manager she is very disrespectful no manager training place was very messy and trashy I reached out to dirty dining and food code enforcement.

My food was good but the cashier didn’t know anything and the tables were dirty this is the first Time I came to a firehouse sub and wasn’t up kept . 3 employees in back of counter not one to make sure dining area was clean.

I walked in because I had 20 mins to spare and was a bit hungry. I ordered a medium sub, 15 mins after it was not even in the making. The girl was making another order and the clerk was not bothered to help. Disaster, I will never step into this place again.

The service and the subs are pretty good. Plenty of parking. On your way to or from the beach stop by and pick you up a sub. You're in your stomach will be happy.

Parking: Parking is not bad at all.
