While I was parking, the managers, Brian and John, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Brian even greeted my wife as she entered the restaurant—a thoughtful touch I haven’t encountered at other First Watch locations.
The staff as a whole was friendly and attentive, making the atmosphere inviting. Our waitress, Leslie, deserves special recognition for her excellent service. She went out of her way to enhance our dining experience, showing a clear understanding of how great customer service makes a lasting impact. After speaking with Leslie, it was evident that the outstanding leadership from Brian and John contributed to the high-quality experience at this restaurant.
This visit left such a positive impression that this First Watch location might just become my new go-to breakfast spot. It’s the small gestures and attention to detail that truly set this place apart. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, everything about this v isit reinforced the value of excellent customer care. This First Watch location is a standout in every way.
