Waited over five minutes to be seated. The Hostess was actively dealing with a customer. Two male servers saw me but disregard me. The Hostess eventually said I could choose a seat. After another 5 min one of the aforementioned male servers asked if I wanted coffee, but no formal greeting or customer service. The young lady who eventually took my order was very pleasant and displayed good costumer service.

Had the seasonal chimichuri steak, eggs, and hash for breakfast. Food was delicious! Atmosphere was energetic but not overly crowded. Seated immediately. Our waitress Valeria was attentive and informative about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Thank you for making our morning!

First, this was the only bad service experience I ever received at a First Watch; so I’m going to assume it was just a bad day. I was greeted and seated immediately; but sat there for 11 minutes before someone even took my drink order. The food was delicious; I had the chicken, kale, pesto bowl - it was fresh and flavorful! I did not see my server again, I asked another server if I could get a refill and she said she would get my server…. I don’t know if she ever got...
