Today I ordered the chipotle chicken hash from this particular First Watch restaurant. Because I don't eat pork, I asked for the bacon to be substituted with chicken sausage instead. The waiter (Cody) did not hesitate to do this for me without any debate or issue whatsoever. I appreciate it is good customer service for my simple request. We had a great experience at First Watch in Plantation! We tried the BLTE Sandwich and the Frittata Rústica, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. Our server, Gordon, went above and beyond with his attentive and friendly service. Truly a 5-star visit all around!

Love First Watch. Tried to go to a old favorite only to run into non motivated service, so I got up and left with an hour to go before First Watch closed, they took our large party and had us out before we knew it with excellent service and great food!
