Today I ordered the chipotle chicken hash from this particular First Watch restaurant. Because I don't eat pork, I asked for the bacon to be substituted with chicken sausage instead. The waiter (Cody) did not hesitate to do this for me without any debate or issue whatsoever. I appreciate it is good customer service for my simple request. I know First Watch is everywhere but this was actually my first time there. I really didn't see too many vegan options on the menu. I had the Avocado toast but you have to tell them no eggs because it usually comes with it. I'm happy that the place can accommodate but I would never actually pick to go here if given other options.

We had a great experience at First Watch in Plantation! We tried the BLTE Sandwich and the Frittata Rústica, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. Our server, Gordon, went above and beyond with his attentive and friendly service. Truly a 5-star visit all around!
