Completely disappointed. I walked in and there was not a soul inside other than the workers. They took forever to make my burger and they were just talking the whole time and the burger fell apart when I bit into it. Fries were not good I don’t know what has happened to the world. I miss my California Mexicans 😔

Cashier very rude. I spent $60 on food bought a bottled Coca-Cola and asked for a cup with ice gave me an attitude and offered me a water cup. Wanted to pour the damn soda in the cup. I guess they’re $.30 is worth my business. very rude staff been into other locations. This is the worst one in plantation. Florida will never come back here and we’ll recommend people to choose another location.

Just went to five guys i was very disappointed at the fountains simple order got no mustard no ketchup no anything i ordered the places at the bottom now save yourself the problem 😡😡😶‍🌫️👌

Friendly and helpful staff? Negative. Those must be fake reviews. I came in for a pick up and stood in front of a staff of about 7 or more who were having side talks and ignored me standing there. This doesn’t include the cashier making it 8. The cashier was helping someone in line but as soon as she was done she also proceeded in conversations with them as if I wasn’t standing there waiting for service. No one assisted me for a good 10 mins or so. I moved over to the order line. After the sup/lead came out another cashier came and hesitantly offered to help asking me to go back to the pick up area after I told her I was there for a pick up. Afterwards, I had to wait for the order that was supposed to already be prepared to be started. Then, I had to show multiple staff members my order before they provided me with an item they missed with my order. Customer service was terrible and the staff was not friendly or helpful. They lacked professionalism and were heavily engaged in personal chit chat until the sup/lead came out. Don’t order pickup from this location. If you do, expect to wait longer and to be prioritized after walk in customers.

For the sheer lack of attention and professionalism from the staff I wouldn’t even recommend walk in to be honest. It was unreal how they would look right at me, not greet me or acknowledge me, and then continue in their personal conversations.

This place is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend coming on Fridays — the staff then are incredibly attentive, efficient, and genuinely care about their customers, even when they’re flooded with orders. You can feel the difference in service.

However, I came on Monday, June 2nd, in the afternoon, and the experience was completely different. I suggest management take a look at the schedule to see who might need to be reassigned. The restaurant is well-known for its food, but if the staff working on certain days deliver poor service and badly prepared meals, what’s the point of coming? The quality and attitude of the team make all the difference.
