What a horrible place! When we arrived (2 single ladies) there was a police car in the drive way. But we knew things were not good when we went to go into the reception area and it was locked.. who locks the door in the middle of the day??!! The staff was pleasant enough. When we tried to get into our room on the ground floor we had to get by a group of young men standing out side smoking. When we did get it the room was horrible. I have stayed in some not so great room over my travel time but this room was not worth $20 a night let alone $120!.. We immediately told the desk person that we did not feel safe here , all she said was call Priceline. Well we might as well took the phone and shoved it as all Priceline would do is offer us 15% off our next purchase. The room was run down, dirty, looked like a fight had taken place, holes in walls, curtains, mold etc. and seemed not safe with police presence and hangers outside our room. WE BOUGHT ON PRICELINE BUT NEVER WILL AGAIN. I ALWAYS THOUGHT I COULD TRUST THE PROPERTIES THEY SELL BUT APPARENTLY THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY SELL AND EVEN WORSE DON'T CARE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY.

Horrible experience does not do justice. First there is no lobby. Just a blacked out window with a slide under glass transaction window. Staff we unpleasant and not even aware they had a professional hockey team in their town which we were there to watch. Rooms were nasty. Smell bad. No elevator to the third floor. Pool had been closed for years. Undesirable people in the parking lot including some poor soul in wheelchair with body sores and IVs coming out of him. Seemed to house long term tenants likely government funded. Place is a complete lie to their advertising on all booking sites. Should be condemned if Fort Lauderdale wanted to protect tourist.

My apartment flooded, several electronic devices, furniture, beds were damaged, and Arium never responded, very bad service. I do not recommend the arium service at all.

In all my experiences in staying in hotels, this is by far the worst. The lounge looked filthy broken tables, junk all over the place, not even open, The pool was half empty and green slime. People were smoking dope I think crack or something. We felt like we were in a dumpster, IN the room no hot water, toilet filthy, bed not made, walls sticky, After looking over the room went back to the office to request a refund and the door was locked, we had to talk through a glass window, no refund. We left DID NOT STAY, went to a concert and had to drive 2 hours home. My mistake for believing the photos, none of which looked even close to the pictures of the hotel.

I've been in many hotels, including cheap motels, over the last two decades, and this is by far the worst experience I've had! It's a filthy place that should not be eligible to be served as a hotel. The premises, including the rooms, are awfully filthy, the bathroom in the room was disgusting (and no hot water), and there were bugs in the room (my kids spotted a few...). But these weren't even the worst issues... There was a loud party around the pool until after midnight, and later there were people talking out loud; so, sleeping was quite a challenge. Don't go there even if they pay you for that...

Don't agree to an on-line reservation for this nonrefundable nightmere in Plantation. Loud lounge entertainment was impossible to sleep through with fan + TV + earplugs. Not safe or fit for travelers.
