I work at the same mall where this haagen-dazs is located which is at Broward mall, I went there to buy a milkshake on my break and a worker called Marcela was the one who took my order. I want to start by saying that when I got there she was on her phone and was extremely rude while taking my order and making my milkshake, what I mean by this is that she was in a bad mood or had a bad attitude and was slamming stuff around, when I was about to pay I ask her about my mall employee discount that I get and she told me in a very rude way that I needed a uniform shirt or a tag to prove that I work at the mall. The store that I work for does not required a uniform or a tag to work and I explained this to Marcela multiple times, I even told her that I would show her my work schedule as proof and she didn’t even let me finish my sentence. Marcela said that she’s the store manager of that Haagen-dazs, Marcela should get retrained on customer services. I love Haagen-dazs but after the horrible treatment that I revived by Marcela I would never go again to the Broward mall Haagen-dazs.

I ordered the Rocky-Road Dazzler. It’s The only thing I ever order from there, so I look forward to getting the same thing every time, or at least close to it. This time it was not close to it. He didn’t give me enough ice cream, fudge or Oreo cookies. I asked for a little extra and I was prepared to give him a tip. My $10 bill suddenly became $20. When I asked him how the price could be double, he said I asked for extra, and that was the cost of extra. I told him I didn’t mind paying a little extra. I also asked him if he understood that I could’ve just bought two for this price. He repeated, “Well, you asked for extra and that’s what we charge for extra. When I asked for a manager, he said we are all shift leaders, so we are the managers. When I ask for a card so that I could call someone a person behind him, told me to go online and complain to corporate. Also, I never raised my voice and remained calm, they were cold and callous. Even the lady standing in front of me shook her head as if to say this is wrong.
These working kids should be taught how to deal with people. He should have made me aware That he was going to charge me double the price of my original order when I made my request.

The Dulce de leche ice cream was delicious and creamy. The Oreo milkshake was good but a little too watery for my taste.
Amazing smoothies! You have to try the mango banana smoothie with pine apple juice it will change your life. Props to employee who recommended this to me they knew what they were talking about.
