Amazing selection of chocolate, ice cream and other treats. Absolutely fantastic!

The most unsanitary guy works here please do not shop here. His hair is everywhere, his lip ring is crusty, he pushes his glasses up with the glove he touches all the chocolate with it was just a really gross and an unpleasant experience. I was trying to buy a gift and he couldn’t figure out how many chocolates fit in a small box. You need to sit your employees down and teach them cross contamination and cleanliness. Not even joking it was so gross.. I’ll never go back he was putting stuff he took out and touched back in the case 🤦🏻‍♀️

Went in bought a candy bar that had a bogo coupon. When we went back to use they said the wrapper to candy was old.

The goodies and treats are always a pleasure to try. Every time I've entered I've been offered a sample of the latest items! I love the atmosphere and the energy in the shop. It's a pleasure to go everytime.

Ice cream was great as always. I went today around 2:40 with my mom in celebration of National Ice Cream Day. The staff member there was flat out rude. Didn’t speak back when we said hello to her. Proceeded to put on gloves then lean back on the opposite site of the ice cream case & stare at us. I literally had to ask her “will you be helping us today” it was an awkward & uncomfortable exchange & lacked professionalism. Typically when I go I am met with much better customer service.

Hands down best cream shop in town! We have been on a search for a good pralines ice cream and it was beyond amazing. A must visit and their chocolate options are epic! A definite must visit! Service was excellent!! Enjoy!!

Been waiting half hour for Plantation store to open. Still not open.

My family and I just took my mother for ice cream for Mother's Day and the girl at the register allowed my mother to pay for it for 8 people after I explained it to her. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.

Hoffman’s Ice Cream is my go-to spot! The variety of flavors and the authentic taste keep me coming back. My absolute favorite is the Red Velvet (when it’s in stock)—hands down the best red velvet ice cream I’ve ever had, with actual pieces of cake mixed in! In my latest visit, I got the Birthday Cake flavor in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone, and it was absolutely delicious—the perfect mix of cake pieces, icing, and creamy goodness. I also love the Coconut flavor! On top of that, the shop always smells amazing, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Went in for some last minute chocolates for my wife's birthday. Rachel helped me with some great gift ideas. She was so helpful and told me about so many different options. My wife really appreciated the variety that I bought her.

I was very disappointed and was expecting homemade candies. Not just dipped oreo's and imported chocolates.

I’ve been a customer and fan as a small toddler with my Parents taking us to the events and treats. Thank you for being a lifetime ritual place, my family gathered to and loves.

LOVE this place. The truffles are delicious! - a must have every visit! Lots of good ice cream flavors. The staff is nice.
Wish they (always) had a dairy free chocolate option.
