EXTREMELY SALTY!! They dumb way too much salt on the chicken dinner meals!! Like come on!! How are we supposed to enjoy it if it’s straight up salty?!!

Wouldn’t recommend. I asked for extra seasoning and it’s no where near extra seasoning. It looks like someone took a bite out of most of the chicken because where’s the meat. Just go somewhere else .$11.99 for nothing but skin and bones😭 I’m hurt.

Walked into this restaurant and two people looked me directly in my face and neither had the decency to say “Give us a moment” or “ How can I help you”
I immediately left. If you can’t take a moment to speak to a new customer walking in the door. I will not take the time to patronize this business!

Im convinced they don’t have a single catfish at any of their locations. EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE ORDERD CATFISH I GET TILAPIA. I order catfish and they charge me for it but it’s always tilapia….STOP BEING CHEAP. If you can’t afford to buy real catfish to serve then don’t offer it and just serve the shitty cheap tilapia as is. It’s one thing to have to drive to an unsightly ghetto already but then being cheated as well is far to much to ask….

Ordered 10 piece wings with friends. Taste great, however some of the wings were smaller than my pinky lol.

I'm NEVER ordering from Hooks again! I just don't understand why some of these Chicken restaurants don't take pride in what they sell. I ordered the 6 piece wings and fries,very simple order.The chicken wings looked like they came from a baby chicken and it was tough. The French fries were even worse! The fries was hard,stale and inedible.I wouldn't feed this food to a dog! There should be a rating of triple O Zero because it doesn't deserve a rating. I wonder how long the fries were sitting in the freezer. Absolutely horrible!?

Order strawberry cake received strawberry shortcake and that was dry and icing was hard it looked nothing like the picture and I ordered a 3 piece wing outside says $4.99 and I was charged $5.99 please update your menu prices
