Went tonight and we shared the Maui steak Because of recommendations Very disappointed it was tough however tasty We should have sent it back. We were stupid

Excellent Lunch and service.
The management team and staff are top notch. We took mom for her 78th bday and had an issue with our reservation. Ian and team went above and beyond and I mean way above and beyond to rectify the issue. I felt like we were in a top notch county club with all of the staff taking care of us. J Alexander’s is the real deal company. They actually care about their guests. That’s hard to find nowadays. We will be back and continue to tell everybody about how phenomenal the management, service and of course the delicious always consistent food is.

This was my second time visiting—both times around 6 PM during a work trip—and once again, it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing, with flavors that stood out and portions that satisfied. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the patrons added to the overall enjoyable vibe. It’s clear this place has a loyal following for a reason. Highly recommended whether you’re in town for business or just looking for a great dining experience!

Food was great and generous. Our server, Cameron was friendly, efficient and constantly attentive to us. We watched the grill in real time. These chefs and grill team know their stuff!!! Will definitely return soon for round 2!

The filet mignon was so flavorful as well as the chilled orzo and wild rice salad. Drinks were yummy and our waitress was very attentive.

I thoroughly enjoyed the steak. I ordered the New York steak, which was cooked to perfection at the temperature I requested, and it was also butterflied and bursting with flavor, the same for the filet mignon my wife ordered. It was perfectly paired with a bottle of The Prisoner red blend wine. Both the food and the service were outstanding. We had dinner on Saturday evening, and our reservation was honored promptly, even though the restaurant was quite busy. I understand that the wait time without a reservation was approximately 45 minutes, so I highly recommend making a reservation.

Order takeout directly from the JAR website and when the order arrived was completely what I didn't expect from upper level restaurant. I have ordered the Hong Kong Shrimp and Steak Burger which all came out to $61.00. It seem whoever placed food on the package didn't care at all how apppetizing it looked. Further more when I called JA and wanted to speak with a manager they advised because it was delivered they could not offer anything for the items. I didn't want a refund, but just an acknowldge of the food received and maybe and invitation to the restaurant. I will never ordered another delivery from JA.

Truly great experience! Every staff member was helpful. Ryan , who took care of us, was extremely attentive, friendly and efficient! We had the salad, ribeye and swordfish sandwich, they were all YUM and fresh!
