The waiter was awesome but management and workers argued in front of customers. Restroom signage was nearly non-existent and it took too long for our cook to begin. The food was ok but nothing to write home about. If I had another option, I'd pursue it rather than here. However, had driven down for the graduation and it was pretty late.
I love Japan Inn The food is good. The service is great. Customer service is great. The workers are friendly. Everything is outstanding no complaints.
I was good but the food needed to be cooked a little bit more. I really enjoyed it. I will definetely come back another times.
Our reservation was for 8:15. We didn't get seated until about 30 minutes after. By 10pm we needed up leaving as they were understaffed and couldn't handle the clients they had seated. Not once did they come and explain or communicated with our table. Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Place is filthy also!! First and last.
Our server was very attentive to our needs, ready to replenish our drinks as soon as we needed them. The food, as always, was delicious and filling. We will be back!
Took 45 mins for someone to start the hibachi table, and the chicken and hibachi rice was burnt.
Food was great, as always. Drinks are great. Service is great. Just note that they often include tip in the bill so you dont pay it twice, which we have done several times.
Came here for my sister's birthday very last-minute and our server Monica, was very kind and accommodating. She made sure my meal was vegan even double checked with the kitchen staff and our hibachi chef. I really appreciate it. I can't thank you enough. π₯°

Food is mediocre at best. Sushi chef canβt cut for save his life and the flavor was just not there. No spice in the spicy roll. Nothing matched the photos. Just very mediocre for a high price. $17 for a California roll is obscene, but the hibachi is probably the way to go. Enjoy a pic of the cut job on the flamingo roll haha it was entertaining I guess. Just 3/5 would not recommend at this price.
I will say the fried rice was the best thing on the menu. A little greasy but flavor was there

My first time at Japan Inn I usually got to Benihana but baby let me tell you when I say Iβve crossed over they definitely give you your monies worth. Monica was a great waiter she was patient and kind. And the manager Olfred was very welcoming.

The hibachi is delicious but if you order hibachi from a table make sure you dont order Filet Mignon, they will give you something else. It just happened to me right now.

I just walked in to order one sushi roll to go. I was told it would take 15-20 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet it took all of 40 minutes to receive my order. Unacceptable!
