I never leave bad google reviews but this was HORRIBLE. I’ve never in my life tasted flavorless Jamaican food. I would take it back but the lady at the counter was very sweet. If I could give a 0 I would! I ordered the curry chicken and it was disgusting. NO, NO, NO, DON’T WASTE YOUR

This is the worst experience ever here. I received my order , not only was it cold . It was watery ..and I only had 2 pieces of chicken... Staff sitting around doing nothing..... This place is starting to go down. I think that's it for me

We got curry goat and oxtail with rice and peas and it was so so. Nothing to write home about. What was mind boggling were the prices. 2 small orders with 2 snapples was over $45! I paid in disbelief and then I went to look at the menu/prices again which has the most horrible lighting that it looks blurry and the woman then mentions that the prices aren’t accurate and haven’t been for a while! So customers are expecting to pay what they see on the menu to only be charged an astronomical price. The fact she waited until after we paid to tell us was pretty horrible and had I not gone to look over it again she most likely wouldn’t have said anything. Would never go here again.

The young gentleman at my hotel front desk recommended this place, as I was looking for Jamaican food near by. I was pleasantly surprised at food this good coming from a mall food court. I took my order to go, as the mall dining area itself isn't so great. I ordered the oxtails, peas & rice, cabbage and plantains. My only complaint is I feel like I mostly paid for bones and fat, as the oxtail meat was not very plentiful for the cost; however, the flavor of everything and other portion sizes were very giving. I would definitely give it another try but would probably try the goat curry or jerk chicken instead. Customer service was ok. ♥️

Firstly, my question is; does these Jamaican restaurants pay attention to the reviews they get online. I ask the lady that attended to me and her answer was she didn't but of course she is only one of the workers. Mark you; the Attendant was remarkable courteous and pleasant so it's not about her but the food left a very bad taste in my mouth. People, Jamaicans can cook so when you are trying to attract the public with your food, make sure it's palatable and looks appealing to the eye. I purchased a Coconut-Salmon on Sunday at the Broward Mall store and I was so disappointed. Rice and peas was not too bad but that's the least. The Coconut-Salmon and the steam cabbage was a disaster. The Salmon had no taste whatsoever. My taste buds could not identify what I put insider of my mouth. No seasoning not even salt. The fish was over cooked and so it was hard and trashy. Consider Salmon, hard, trashy in a coconut gravy without taste. The cabbage also overcooked, until it died...no salt not even a little taste of seasoning whatsoever. I had a couple of spoons and had to throw the rest into the garbage. You people needs to do better. Needless you're there and cannot represent our rich culinary culture. The showcasing of your dishes also needs upgrading.

I got a coconut salmon dinner with rice and vegetables. The salmon tasted rotten and the rice was flavorless. So disappointing. Two bites and I threw it out. A waste of $18.

Worst cheeseburger I ever ate. Over $9 for a simple cheeseburger, no fries, no drink. Took over 10 minutes to make, which wasn't a big deal, but the burger was so over cooked, it was crunchy, and burnt... couldn't finish it. Also, paper menu and electronic menu (which only half worked) have price differences. I asked for mustard on the burger, to no avail. Threw 3/4 of the burger into the trash as per my wife's request.

Came to this restaurant and the lady behind the counter serving was
Extremely rude and very unprofessional. If you don’t like your job then you don’t need to be working in customer service. Your employees need to be move professional. This is not the first time I have received horrible service from this location I didn’t want to post a review but today the service was extremely unprofessional

Great clean people to provide really good j*** pork!! The cabbage was excellent, even though they need to update their items on their website an okay spot. Call and ask if you're looking for a certain item before going.
