Placed my order at approximately 12:40 PM. By 1:25 PM I still hadn't received my sub. I walked out and went to Firehouse Subs which took all of 10 minutes to get my order. Waiting 45 minutes for a sub is unacceptable. Won't be coming back.

I love the staff on Fridays especially the manager Craig very helpful pleasant and good customer service. The same with the new guy didn’t get his name, but he looks very young but he did excellent.

,I would like to give big shout-out to Gabe, Andrew,soilder and the real deal for being so caring and thankful I went there last night not feeling good my mom is in the hospital colon infection which they had sedated her now we are waiting for her to wake up so Mr.Gabe ask me how's my day going I told him what I was. Going through he told his staff not to charge me it was a good feeling to see people with that type of compassion and spirit I want to thank him and his team for that it really meant a lot to me THANK YOU JERSEY MIKE THIS LOCATION ROCK AND GABE, SOLDIER, ANDREW,REAL DEAL THE BEST TEAM EVER THANK YOU GUYS FROM CHAD

He and his staff fixed my issue on behalf of another location and provided me with a free dessert. Best location in Broward hands down! Thanks Gabe. You rock \_/
