None of the employees could figure out if the ice machine was working or not. Waited 10 minutes while they tried to figure out if the customer in front of me could order a fountain drink. None of the employees have clue. No teamwork, the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. I stood and waited for my sub for 25 minutes. And they weren't even busy. Otherwise, I would have not twice. I ordered a giant cheese steak. The girl who took my order, was working the grill. She never started cooking anything for about 8-10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I inquired about how much longer. Only because there was no customers inline. There were 4 employees all kind of huddled around the grill. They told me to take a seat. When i finally got home with my giant sub that I was splitting with a family member, There was a dark bread half and a lite bread half. Obviously, from 2 different sub rolls. Something was definitely off. Never going back.

I was down visiting family last week from New York and stopped in for some food, Cade and the team there made me the best Italian hoagies I’ve ever had. Very friendly staff, and great customer service. Had a conversation about cars while my sub was being made. Best jersey mikes I’ve ever been to!

This happened yesterday evening. I ordered 2 ham and provolone sandwiches. And the one ham and provolone sandwich is not in the bag. I called the store and this lady named Jersey answered the phone and suddenly mentioned that they forgot to put it in the bag and that I must come in the store and pick it up or get a refund. It's obvious I did door dash for a reason so I don't have to come in the store. So her suggestions doesn't help me at all especially a huge mistake like this is made and it's not an easy fix. They need to train people here properly and work efficiently. This is very bad service. I let her know I needed to speak with the manager (which by the way I asked his name and it's Gabriel) but he's not available at the moment and that I should call him tomorrow when he's in but the situation happened today so it must be fixed now. I got charged twice and I must get my money back ASAP. She let me know I can download app and can easily get my refund. And now because of their big mess I must download the app, waste space on my phone when all these times I have only been ordering online. This is such an inconvenience for a customer like me so this is the last time I will order from them. They had very poor customer service and no good communication on their end. I had to reach out to them and point out their mistake. If I didn't....their mistake would just go unnoticed and my hard earned money down the drain. I hope the customers in the future do not get affected by this. And they will learn not to order from here through my experience.

Honestly I used to come here but I will not going forward. The girl making the sandwiches cut her hand with the knife. Someone took over which was fine but then she came back out to finish the sandwich wound not even fully addressed, could see the blood through the glove and proceeded to finish and wrap my sandwich. I shouldn’t have paid but will not go back being I will not touch a sandwich that’s had contact with blood that’s revolting and im not sure I’ll go to a jersey mikes period. That visual is entrenched in my mind.

The dinner was well-received by our group. The Philadelphia is first-rate. The sandwich with chicken ranch was a big hit! The personnel was really pleasant. spent the time to speak with us and advise us on what to buy. The dinner was amazing and the folks were really kind! The cookies were delicious! We're heading back!

We flew in from Cleveland and we're so hungry. I was skeptical of how long it would take, as it was the busy lunch rush. I cannot express enough how nice and efficient the whole staff was. They blew me away. I never do Google reviews but these guys were amazing. Loved it here. Clean, efficient, and friendly. And of course the food was really good!!!

Shout out to my girl Cassidy! Last week I placed an order over the phone and she thoroughly took my order after I requested specific instructions for my #17 and two other subs. She executed it flawlessly! By far the best sub I’ve ever had, so good I had to call the store back and thank the team for the love they put into my sub. I’ve never written one of these before but she definitely out did herself and I just had to share. Thanks so much Cassidy for making my day better with that delicious sandwich!
