I went there yesterday for the first time, and I am impressed. This place is a decently sized store, very clean, and had delicious pastries. I tried the lahmajoun and the spinach-stuffed dough, which were delicious. I will be back to try other things. In addition, they have fresh lamb, beef, and chicken. And the staff were nice.

The gentleman inside the store went an extra mile to provide excellent service for what we needed. It reminded me of how customer service was long time ago when people actually cared. I forgot his name but not his face and great customer service. He walked out in the rain to make sure we were good. Thanks again Sir we appreciate you 100 percent!

The store shelves are absolutely disgusting and dirty. I noticed several items with expired dates, so be sure to check the expiration date before purchasing anything. The cleanliness and upkeep of the store need serious improvement.
My breakfast was great and I ate too much..really enjoyed my meal

Today, my wife and i went to the market around 11am to buy some food for lunch. We’ve have been going there for a long time but we normally go in the afternoon to buy dinner so we know pretty well the employees of the afternoon/night shift and we can tell that they are pretty nice and polite people.
But today when we got there it was only one guy behind the counter taking care of a woman who got there before so us so we waited until he was done with her. While waiting we checked on the food and we noticed that there were more than enough falafels and only 6 kibbes which was exactly what we needed. While we were checking on that 3 customers came, they were together and they stayed behind us waiting for their turn to order.
So when the guy finished with the lady he started taking care of us and i have to tell that he was pretty nice and polite all the time. I told him that we wanted falafel and kibbes but he told us to start ordering the tabule, garlic sauce, hummus and grape leaves because that’s next to the clerk so we did and while we were ordering that another customer (a woman to be more specific) came to the store and another employee (a woman) came out just straight to say hello to the customer, without asking or caring about who was first or second on the line, they said hello to each others in a very friendly way and she took care of her immediately, before the other 3 guys who were there before and without asking if we were done with our order and she gave the woman the last and only 6 kibbes they got left. I didn’t notice that because i was busy ordering but my wife did and when she told me i decided to put a complain in the best way possible and the woman behind the counter basically told us that if we want kibbes we were gonna have to wait 25 minutes for them to be ready. I told her that she has to respect the line order and what she told me was: it is not my fault. The other employee who was taking care of you didn’t tell me that you wanted the kibbes and then she left like if nothing happened.
I’m pretty sad and disappointed because we love the place but even if it seems a small thing i feel it is really disrespectful from that lady to us.
