I ordered the cilantro lime chicken as a delivery. I thought the food was good but the proportions were on the lower side. If you are someone that eats a lot take that in mind. You may not get full from this. Mind you I am not normally someone that eats a lot.

Overall decent. Feedback: impossible chicken is inedible and extremely hard and chewy.. please double check the preparation of the impossible chicken as its definitely not the way you guys serve.. The staff needs to learn about their reward programs and the client experience of using said program..they keep repeating to download the app when I remind them i have an account set up..a phone #/name should pull up the customer info and should be seamless to earn rewards for purchases.. I miss out on so many pts due to their lack of knowledge and limited time during lunch

Placed an order for 2 wraps on DoorDash at 6:45, an hour later it was not ready. The manager said it would be ready in 10 mins, after getting to the rest in 11 mins the order was still no ready.
The staff was completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and borderline disrespectful.
The Miami locations are more efficient, and friendlier.

I’m super disappointed today. I come here often and order almost the same thing when I come here.
But today, gross. There were a bunch of ants literally crawling by the food meanwhile carrying crumbs of food and 3 workers in the front, I notified the two guys that were there they looked at me and proceeded to ignore what I said. Mind you I didn’t say it loudly to not call attention. They did nothing. Kept serving online orders until I asked the girl did they ignore what I said or what, she’s like oh I’m sorry I’ll clean it. I was so upset I literally threw the food out because at that point I took the L and wasn’t going to argue with someone over paying and a refund.
This place is new there’s no reason it shouldn’t be cleaned or have ants all over the counter. I will not be returning back to this one which sucks because it’s literally down the street from me.
Just about the best salad I've had in years, served promptly and politely. I know where I'm going the next time we visit the States.

Really truly never coming back to this place this is the only just salad location that is extremely stingy with portions they give you a bunch of lettuce with pinch of toppings especially protein you are only getting three pieces i got a southwest crunch salad the man tried to give me two pickled onions literally two i said can you put more than two and he made me pay extra for it

Omg! Yes! I just so happened to stumble across this gem as I was driving down university, right as I was looking specifically for places that make good salads. What a sign this was! And I’m so glad I heeded it. I made my own bowl and topped it off with sesame tofu. Plenty of vegan dressing options and they had the option of half avocados or avocado mash. So many salad bases and toppings to choose from. Next time I go I might have a wrap made. Either way I’m going to keep coming back to try something different. Amazing!!!! Definitely the potential for a new favorite spot. Friendly customer service makes this a solid five star.
