I made an order through the kfc app for pick up . Pick my food up got home the fries and wedges was burn to perfection the 6pcs chicken was soggy and under cook . Underneath the skin had raw flour I was so upset and disappointed I throw everything in the garbage the whole bucket of food was so disgusting.. I never had an issue with this location before but now I will never buy another piece of kfc ever not this location or any other location

Terrible service, with a delay of more than half an hour to pick up one that had already been ordered by the application, the person who attends yells at the customers. In addition, when I arrived to pick up the order I ordered through the application, they didn't have it ready, I had to wait 30 more minutes to be able to pick up my order

The person at the drive thru has no customer service. He was rude and really uncooperative. When placing my order he was not cooperative.....he began to say he was busy.....are you not at work???? When I asked him what his name was he responded with a why????? I guess if he was going to be recommend for a raise.....nevermind!!!! It really was an unpleasant experience.

It's not tasty. There's no point in customizing the burger, they'll do it anyway. They didn't serve a drink at all, just a straw, and I had to go back for a drink.

Terrible service at KFC. The workers were rude and looked like they didn’t want to be there. They got my order wrong, didn’t apologize, and took forever to fix it. Very unprofessional, and the worker asked me to check the bag next time so I don’t have this issue again.
Worst service ever. I have made online ordere meal for family. And the guy delivered ordered. But there is missed items, my 10 biscuits. This is the best thing in the meal " biscuits with gravy" and I ordered extra grave. And when I tried call to the store, they just pick up and hang up every time when I called. I have called 21 times and every time samw thing. Worst service ever. Not recommended this store.

I would not recommend this particular location. Service is horrible. If I could left -5 stars, I would. They forget to give a half of my order to delivery guy and when we found out this and tried to call to the store , they just won’t answer. After like 5 times they pick up, and when we say “ hello “ they just hang up. We kept trying, but after 20 times we just called the KFC main number and they helped us out to get a refund for missing items.
