Worst service ever. I have made online ordere meal for family. And the guy delivered ordered. But there is missed items, my 10 biscuits. This is the best thing in the meal " biscuits with gravy" and I ordered extra grave. And when I tried call to the store, they just pick up and hang up every time when I called. I have called 21 times and every time samw thing. Worst service ever. Not recommended this store.

I would not recommend this particular location. Service is horrible. If I could left -5 stars, I would. They forget to give a half of my order to delivery guy and when we found out this and tried to call to the store , they just won’t answer. After like 5 times they pick up, and when we say “ hello “ they just hang up. We kept trying, but after 20 times we just called the KFC main number and they helped us out to get a refund for missing items.

Ordered on the app to save time, then when I got to the drive through the man at the window had no idea where my order was or if it was made. I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes with still no food, and never received the order at all.

My recent visit to KFC/Taco Bell was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I ordered a bowl and noticed there was confusion over whether it had enough chicken. To my shock, the employee assisting me put her finger directly into my bowl to point out the chicken. I couldn’t believe the complete disregard for basic hygiene.
When I politely asked for a remake (as anyone would after witnessing such an unsanitary action), she responded with visible attitude, as if I was the one being unreasonable. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue professionally—just bad service all around.
Needless to say, I won't be coming back. If you're considering this location, be prepared for poor service and a disregard for basic food safety.

The service was good the food was terrible. I normally order a two piece, but I noticed the servings are kind of small and I kind of put a pause on buying food from here. It’s been close to a month and decided to order a 3pcs… and today the food was completely bland in taste and it also looks like it was boarder line burnt. The biscuit appeared to be more moist than all three of the chicken given to me. Unfortunately, this chicken was so bad wouldn’t even be able to give it to a homeless person with a clear conscience. I’m not sure if I’ll give another store a chance, but this KFC location has lost it for me.

A “proud” KFC/ Taco Bell franchise which in this case means you cannot order on the Taco Bell app and have to download a different more streamlined KFC app for those menu items. You also will not rack in any rewards. These “authorized” retailers confuse the brand in so many ways. ?

Not KFC, Taco Bell drive thru, Plantation. It was late or early morning, but it was after midnight. We got our usual 2 Steak quasadilas minus that hot sauce. Steak burrito supreme minus red sauce and my favorite cinnamon twists. No drink due to each time we request a drink, unsweetened tea no they only have sweet tea, diet Dr. Pepper, no, they only carry regular Dr. Pepper, root beer, no, they don't serve regular root beer, but their soda machine has a root beer nozzle. The drive-thru person refused to add a drink to our order due to unforseen circumstances. Clearly, Taco Bell sales root beer, but only to selected individuals. Could not offer us any H2O or bottled water, so I said forget it and paid for our order. The steak burrito supreme was editable, and the rest of the items the trash can receive. Yes, the time does affect the type of service you receive as well as location.
