What a sad location. I ordered a nugget mashed bowl and a side of Mac and cheese. The lady confirmed and repeated my order to me. Mashed bowl with nuggets and a Mac and cheese.1st. the Mac and cheese was not in the bag. I checked the receipt and the Mac and cheese was not on the ticket. Sp I said no worries I don't need the Mac and cheese.2nd. I get home turn on the TV and open the mashed bowl with nuggets. Only to find out there was no nuggets.3rd. I am a gm for a restaurant in miami. Not only are your employees not paying attention to their customers. The cooks are missing items from the orders. This is losing the establishment money.4th. This is not your workers fault. You as the managers should be ashamed at the training you give your employees. They are not reading tickets and also not adding items that a customer wants. This hurts your bottom line and any performance bonus you mat get as a manager.

Disgusting. Very disappointed. I received an Uber eats order because I was ordering from Taco Bell. I thought it was the Taco Bell by Sawgrass but it came from this location and it all makes sense because of the review that they have. Obviously, they need to hire new employees and also train them how disrespectful to send such a disgusting soggy nasty order that I received and paid $60 for I will make sure that I call the manager and speak to them and tell them how they need to train the employees how disgusting my order was $60 and I received soggy nasty glob of burritos and nachos and everything was wrong and it was all one nasty mixture. It look like a soup when I was supposed to be receiving nachos quesadillas nachos and cheese Mexican pizza it was disgusting. They could come and pick it back up. Disgusting.
