Delicious food and great customer service. I was in town for a few days and I literally went there all 3 days, for breakfast and dinner.

The food is very tasty and the meat is not rigid but soft, I had Taso Kabrit and it is something I have not tasted a long time is that it was well prepared and seasoned and not overcooked. My wife have had the turkey and she found that to be well done also.

Last night I ordered off door dash and had the worst experience of food. I ordered the fried turkey and griot but it was HARD AND HAD ALOT OF BONES. The Mac and chz smelled tainted. I asked for my food to be fried SOFT N ADD EXTRA ONIONS BUT I DIDNT GET THAT! Very disappointed ☹️ customers here and to think I paid 60.00 bucks ..

First time coming here and feel lucky to have come across this spot. I had diri ak djon djon with legume. And the legume surprisingly had 3 different meat in it. For meat lovers, this is for you. I enjoyed my filling meal. Lighten up on the lwil, too much lwil

My new go-to for Haitian plates. I’ve ordered the Legume, Poul en Sauce, and chicken pate and it’s always delicious. When walking in there’s always a crowd, and they speak English and Kreyòl. Give them a try! If you’ve never had Haitian food before, I recommend starting with the fried pork called griot OR the stewed chicken called Poul en sauce.

I like their food, but it doesn’t make no sense for you to make an order over the phone. When you come and pick it up your food you have to wait…like why the food is not ready for me just pick up and go? That’s the only problem after all everything is okay.

We had a discussion at work, and the topic of Haitian restaurants arose. Of the recommendations, La Belle Monique Restaurant and Bakery was the closest. And after viewing the pictures, checking it out was worth a trip. Located between Broward Blvd and Davie Blvd, the restaurant stands out with its Christmas-theme window art. Once inside, the order counter is right up front, and to the right is ample room provided for indoor dining. Service is important to us, and we received a warm greeting when placing our order. We mentioned the location, but didn't mention a Burger King was next door. That Burger King was the landmark given to help find the restaurant. We arrived just after 11 AM on a Friday. Normally, a Burger King would have vehicles in the drive-thru and customers in the lobby for a breakfast run. However, the exact opposite took place. That place had three parked vehicles [probably employees] the entire time [20 minutes] we waited for our order! Meanwhile, La Belle Monique Restaurant and Bakery received a steady stream of customers, even an UBER Eats pickup! Needless to say, the food is definitely the reason a multinational corporation's fast food location was dead while a small business next to it was booming! So if you want to try Haitian food, or want it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, then La Belle Monique Restaurant and Bakery is the place for you!

The food here was great I went yesterday. It was my second time going. I brought a friend with me to try it out and they loved it as well. I actually found this place on yelp lol. I ate the food so fast that I didn't even get a chance to take a picture of it I normally order the griot plantain and rice. Last time I had rice and beans and this time I had black rice. I think I like their rice and beans better but both dishes were delicious nonetheless. Next time I go I'll def be posting my experience on here and my social media @soyjenniferann
