Attempted to order 1 whole chicken dark meat. They said no, half dark AND half white for a whole chicken. I have ordered all dark in the past. I said nevermind. Let me order 2 - 1/2 chicken dark meat. They said no, it will be white only... 🤯 I am lost, are you saving the chicken for a special occasion? This establishment just lost about $50 in 1 minute displaying terrible customer service...

Delicious and they have a salsa/onion bar and sauce containers. I quit going to Pollo Tropical bc I don't want to have to beg for sauce and still not get near enough. I LOVE their food and they have beer!

Phone never works.
Roof is leaking all water all over bucket in the middle of the hallway, catching water, kitchen leaking water people sitting there eating in the water is leaking on a rainy day. That place needs to be shut down.

No where on the La Granja website does it indicate that you are ordering pickup through doordash. Come to find out just ordering on the website inflates the price as they send the transaction through DoorDash. This is deceptive, and in 2025, totally ridiculous that La Granja can’t accept online orders through their own POS system. The entire order was $6 more than if I just walked in.

My recommendation is take it to go as food have a good balance between price, quality and quantity. Sadly the service is poor inside, do not expect manners or much respect for customers. Good luck.
