Customer service can use a little work. So they got my order wrong. Yes the fixed it but offering a drink or something to say hey we messed up here’s a something to say sorry.

The best guacamole I’ve ever had !!! Bold statement but so true. It is not under or well seasoned just right and you can taste the deliciousness of the fresh avacados. Did I also mention how bomb the chicken rice and salsa is? Wow 10/10.

Easily one of best customer service experiences we have had from a casual, yet fantastic, restaurant. Ernest and his crew were attentive and looked after us very well, as us being out-of-towners from Ohio, not knowing how everything all worked. The food (shrimp and mahi mahi tacos, nachos, and carne asada burrito) were all top notch. When we make our way back this way in the future we will definitely have to come again, and with the customer service and food I have no doubt it will still be here. Thank you all

Easily the most friendly staff I have ever encountered at a fast casual restaurant. Empanadas were excellent and the guacamole with the chips was very good. Will definitely stop back again when in the area.

Tiffany is the best! I had a mishap with Door dash for a lunch I was providing for my staff during a long training session and the manager was quick to step in and get things reordered and sent over asap and the food was fresh and piping hot. I know this manger as she is always there and she really cares about service. This kind of service goes a long way and we will be using them again for our lunches as it is always something our staff agrees on! Thank you to the management 9Tiffany) at Lime in Plantation!

We were pleasantly surprised when we went to the Plantation location for dinner the other night and Ernest was there! In true fashion he immediately greeted us and came around the counter to personally hand us menus. He made small talk and wished us a Happy New Year. While we were eating, he checked in on us a couple times and asked if we wanted more salsas or chips. Ernest always delivers exceptional customer service and we love seeing him and talking with him when we eat there.

Always love eating at Lime. Food was good and fresh. Price is reasonable but the best part is their service. The manager Tiffany was excellent, super friendly and attentive. I recommend Lime especially this location in University Drive. Yummylicious.

Food was awesome. Queso burrito on point and cinnamon chips w whatever creamy goodness came with was also delish. And the whole experience was even better due to Ernest and Tiffany who gave us the best service. It might be counter ordering but the service after rivaled any full sit down. Tip: ask for the secret sauce!!!

About Lime Plantation I may say it is a nice place to go for a bite , outdoor siting is nice, but this time I want to make a very special mention to Ernest, he’s a very very nice staff member he makes you feel home, his welcoming, friendly and positive attitude makes of your visit a very special experience…. Thank you Ernest … by far you have an A+ in costumer service !!!

Not sure if any of the recent reviews made about this place are real. Went here today for lunch and had the carne asada burrito and it was a sad excuse for a burrito. It had maybe 3-4 pieces of steak in it. The entire burrito was rice and barely any beans. Lime has lost its touch. They use to be very good in the early years but you can tell this place is tired and barely getting by. My son had a fish taco and the mahi was fishy and soggy. The tortilla was drenched. The plating of all the dishes looked like the food was throw onto the trays. We will not be coming here again. Ownership should do something with this place. Too good of a location to go to waste. I’m surprised this place is still open.
