I ordered a pepperoni the pepper when I got home. The pepperoni was hard. The pizza was hard. This is unacceptable. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes.

It's not to there fault they are under paid and under staffed. People can just buy pizzas faster then they can make them. So the wait time is long and it's a lot of people staring and the people are trying there best.

This Little Caesar’s was very rude. Cashier had an attitude and had a lot of negative energy. To top off everything I ordered a mushroom/ sausage pizza. The pizza had very little mushrooms and sausage. Out of the whole pizza it was 2 of each mushrooms and sausage in each slice of pizza. They had no napkins, sauces, or Parmesan packets. I do not recommend this little Caesar's. I had the worst experience ever here.

Its a guy that work this day i went into the store he just act like he just did not want to be at work i when he taking the order he spoke so low i could not hear or understand him i ask for my crazy bread lightly toast extra butter and garlic i paid extra for this so crazy combo is 3.99 he charged me 5.99 but my request was not made when asking him did he hear me he never answered he had to hear me because he charged me im like omg it was just a horrible experience

I ordered on the app because the line inside was long. Never did I think I would order on the app and be penalized for it. I ordered cheese crazy puffs. They said it would be 10 minutes. So…the things that are supposed to be hot and ready are…anything but. Def won’t be back to this location.

This was a delivery order. It was on time and fresh.
Phoned in my order was told 15 minutes would be ready. Drove up there. I see a lady making some pizzas and I see a gentleman in the back on his phone when he finally comes to the counter. I ask about my pizza as I see there are none in the oven or in the warmer. He says it’s coming up Walks away pulls a ticket says something to the lady making the other pizzas and goes away still no square pizza I see the lady grab it and shove it in the oven. I proceeded to ask her. Is that my pizza she’s looking at me like with a expressionless face. I repeat. Is that my deep dish pepperoni pizza again no answer. Finally the gentleman comes up to her. It says what’s wrong and he comes up to me and he I ask him. Is that my pizza you just put in there. He has. I have other orders. You were on your phone. I saw him on his phone doing nothing Not helping out not helping with pizzas doing nothing and then he proceeds to lie to me and tells me he has other orders I left. After 30 minutes.

So yesterday I had a terrible experience with this cashier named Kevin C. I ordered crazy puffs and asked for it to be a bit crispy . I was the 1st one in the building looks like he was preparing for online orders . I left the store got a drink came back and my food still wasn’t ready . I watched him continue to take orders and slice over 20 pizzas and my order still wasn’t ready. I asked how long will it take he immediately asked do I want a refund in an attitude way. That wasn’t the answer to my question , I asked for the manager apparently one wasn’t around because no one came to help me. He refused to answer my question and was very persistent on me getting a refund . He insulting me and used profanity. He doesn’t need to be working there anymore because honestly he loses money for that company on purpose . Customer service sucks

They never have change for bills over $10. The wait after 6pm typically exceed 20 mins even if you order a hot and ready. Most the cashiers have NO personality and typically are rude
