Ordered delivery online. When pizza had not shown up 20 minutes past delivery time, I called the store only to be told my delivery was waiting to be picked up by door dash. Pizza finally arrived 45 minutes after original estimated time and was barely warm. If I wanted to use door dash, I would have ordered through them. If Marco’s can’t provide their own delivery, they need to remove it as an option for online ordering. I chose delivery to save myself time and it ended up wasting my time. Will not be ordering delivery again until you stop using a third party.

The Food is excellent and our order is always ready on time.... however, my only complaint is the online website. Every Time, I attempt to order online and pay with my American Express, I get an error stating unable to process. So I have to 🤙 and order over the phone. And have no problem paying with my American Express when I go into the store. I have mentioned it multiple times with no assistance or improved on website

Love Marcos pizza, I have been getting pizza almost weekly and it has always been good. Recently however the dough is flat almost like a thin crust, usually the crust is doughy. Don’t know if they changed the recipe, this is the reason for 4 star instead of 5 for the food.

Called location. Was told since I had ordered through Door Dash they couldn't remake. Door Dash didn't screw up. They did. I have receipt in hand. Manager...didn't get his name said that they could not remake. Been buying from them for years and yes it was a mistake. Thought they would make good on it. Guess not. Have a nice day.

They use Door Dash. In all the years I have tried doordash I HAVE NEVER gotten a Delivery with what I ordered. NOT ONCE. Screw any Pizza joint that uses DoorDash... First order ever from Marco's Missing Items... NEVER AGAIN. They dont even advertise that they use doordash as Delivery on their website and you only find out after you give them your money. Lost a customer For good. Get BENT🖕
