Ordered the food through door dash. This is the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. Put 1 small piece of bacon on my sandwich barely any sauce. Quality horrible. Potato soup tasted like water. I’ve eaten inside before but I guess you guys don’t care about the food ordered online. Do better. Horrible

The young lady who took my order was kind and patient with me as I placed my order* For example; I inquired about the peach mango tea because I never had it, she offered to let me taste it and yes it was very good!😋😀 I ordered a bowl of Country Potato Soup along with my tea, which I enjoyed also*

2 sandwiches with soups and a soda Was 44 dollars... My Sandwich could of had a little more meat in it... Service was friendly and professional.. Price was a alot for what we got. If u live on a budget this place is expensive. My boss paid for lunch which is a blessing. That is all

This was the best experience I had at a McAlister’s Deli since I stopped working at one 5 years ago. Roshane took our order and though no one else was in the building he checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were okay and offered a refill. He was polite, kind, and attentive. An excellent front of house employee. I wish there was someone like him at every restaurant. The manager on duty Kiana was busy keeping the back in top shape, and doing great at it since our food came out hot, made to perfection (even with my 3/4 modifications), and was at the table in less than 7 minutes. I made sure to thank Kiana for the experience I had and recognize the effort they put into their job. It’s not often that my experience at a restaurant runs this smoothly. I’m glad the team working tonight made my trip to just grab a sandwich into the highlight of my fast casual dining experience since the pandemic. Definitely was not expected on this trip. Thanks again! I’ll be back!

LOVED the service and atmosphere, but the food was meh or I would've left it a 5 star review. Turkey sandwich was real light on the meat, but tasty. Both Chicken Tortilla and Country Potato soup lacked flavor.

Ordered the Italian sandwich and asked for regular mustard instead. When we opened the sandwich, it was slathered in mustard. I’m not sure why the person preparing the sandwich thought that was okay. Even after trying to wipe off the mustard it was still the most dominant thing and the mustard blistered my lip. I think whoever made the sandwich either lacks common sense or needs more training.

The service was great, I wish I had gotten the young lady's name that waited on us. My wife and I both ordered potatoes, and they tasted like they had been cooked 3 days prior. The best part of the meal was the butter pecan cheesecake. The spuds found the trash can.
