This was the best experience I had at a McAlister’s Deli since I stopped working at one 5 years ago. Roshane took our order and though no one else was in the building he checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were okay and offered a refill. He was polite, kind, and attentive. An excellent front of house employee. I wish there was someone like him at every restaurant. The manager on duty Kiana was busy keeping the back in top shape, and doing great at it since our...

LOVED the service and atmosphere, but the food was meh or I would've left it a 5 star review. Turkey sandwich was real light on the meat, but tasty. Both Chicken Tortilla and Country Potato soup lacked flavor.
