I ordered a QPC using my rewards points & purchased a Medium French Fries at this McDonald's location on October 28th Sequence #: MCBJPWN89KWB9P25. The French Fries was cold & soft. Further, the QPC was slightly warm. Sometimes a batch of fries might not be its freshest but at least it might be a little warm. This order was far from that level of freshness as typified by eating at a McDonald's. I had opened case #: 34395335 regarding this matter.

Everything about this location it for the owner not the guest. Drink refills, ketchup, cream, coffee, sugar.. all in the back. You have to wait in line AGAIN for anything amd Everything. Plus the staff all busy in the back so long lines build up waiting for someone to address the back up..
This style of mc Donald needs to go away.

i ordered a cheeseburger through doordash and they gave me a burger with no meat. first time this has ever happened to me in my entire life. only refunded me $2. no idea what would possess someone to do this. lesson learned. this is the last time i ever order from this location.
