Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This location is so uncomfortable to get ice cream in. The Tamarac location is better at customer service & making the visit enjoyable.

Staff did not honor my coupon and when asked why, they replied with “I don’t know”, making it difficult to understand why they are behind the counter.
The whole experience was uncomfortable and no customer service skills whatsoever were applied. No greeting when walking it but definitely stared.
Lacking many ice cream flavors and the ones that they do have, are melty.
Place is also dirty. I see this has been mentioned for months and franchise keeps replying they’ve worked on it. 🤣
Place is just run down. 😥

Do not go here!! This location will not honor their advertised coupons. Waste of time. They would rather lose customers than participate in their advertised programs.

My daughter had the best time at Menchies! The frozen yogurt was delicious and Andy was the best! Thank you for the hospitality!!!!!

Very dirty please

I had been coming for years and unfortunately cannot return. I paid over $20 for two cups that were not even close to full and had almost no toppings. They stopped offering samples recently, which is unheard of for an ice cream/fro yo place. What’s the point in making new flavors?

We were asked to tip, which is a little crazy considering we made our own cup, added our own toppings, and put our own lids on.

Additionally, we had to wait 5 minutes until we even saw an employee to ring us up.

This place is beyond dirty and the employees are too busy on their phones. I will never come back!

This place is disgusting, there’s food covering the floors. Both in front of the ice cream machines, on and around the the tables. There’s food, hair, napkins all
Over the floor. The self service toppings are messy and the pumps with chocolate and other syrups are dripping all over the counter. The customer service is also very rude and unwelcoming. Also at check out they automatically add a tip, they don’t ask or mention it, just give you the total. I wouldn’t return here and if my kids weren’t excited for froyo, I would have ran out

I am writing to express my concern regarding the cleanliness of your establishment during my recent visit. Unfortunately, I found the overall hygiene to be well below acceptable standards. The dining area, floors, and tables appeared very dirty and neglected, which made for an unpleasant experience.

Cleanliness is especially important in a place where food is served, and it was clear that proper cleaning procedures were not being followed. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issue promptly to ensure a clean and safe environment for your customers.

Wonderful spot to take your kids for a sweet treat! This yogurt shop is a great place to indulge in a delicious frozen yogurt. But what really sets it apart is the warm and welcoming service. When the owner is attending, you can expect to feel right at home. They'll make sure you and your little ones have a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for a fun and family-friendly treat

So my kids and husband loves froyo, and this is one of those places we like, but it depends who is watching the store, our recent visit the staff wasnt friendly at all. In my opinion if you are selling something for families , rapport is most important, for customers to come back, cause one lousy experience will gove the olace a bad wrap wven if the product is good.

Nasty, runny “frozen” yogurt. Guy at counter had an attitude. I don’t recommend.

Just left a few minutes ago, paid $10+ for a cup of "yogurt ice cream" not full at all, it melts very fast, is expensive for being an ice cream place, the receipt doesn't show the weight or ounces of what you're getting, only show the total price and nothing disclosed, which leads to doubts about how much it really is, then you ask to the cashiers and they just ignore you and act like they don't care at all, there's other places at the Fountains Plaza in Plantation that disclose the information and you pay what it is. Something is not ok with this place. Do not recommend it.

I asked for a sample cup and the guy behind the register refused. Then I asked for a spoon so I may try one of the new flavors before I purchase and again he refused. Afterward he stated it was store policy. In the end I purchased yogurt but I think the customer service could be better

Andy was great. He helped everyone with their order then gave the kids some free cookies! Would absolutely recommend!!
