I probably know almost every Miami Grill in the county because I drive a lot for work. Unfortunately, this location (which happens to be the closest to my home) is by far the worst one I’ve experienced.
The food is okay, not great but acceptable, and that’s the only reason I’ve continued to come back over the years. However, the service has gone downhill dramatically. What used to be a decent and friendly place has turned into an uncomfortable experience.
After many visits, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern that’s hard to ignore (there’s a clear difference in the way customers are treated based on their skin color). It’s disappointing to say this, but it has happened too many times for it to be a coincidence. I’ve even noticed it while simply sitting and observing other customers being served.
There’s one older lady in particular who behaves as if she owns the place (very rude and completely lacking in courtesy). Definitely not the kind of attitude you expect in customer service.
This location really needs better supervision and training. We pay for our food and deserve to be treated with basic respect, not like we’re asking for a favor.

We went through the drive-thru, restaurant itself was not full. Food was really good and fresh tasting. We hadn't eaten at miami grill/ miami subs in years, so on a whim decided to go here to eat. So glad we did. Will be back again. Ordered the crispy wings meal platter and full cheesesteak sandwich meal. Fries were also good.

Food was good; got it quick. People were super friendly. There was a Dolphins fan. Maybe the location is why there were questionable people around and in Miami Grill, but that's the only problem with the atmosphere.
Ordered on doordash and got horrible service. Came inside of restaurant at 3AM to pickup but the male employee with the dread locs insisted all doordash pick ups to stand outside in the rain next to the door and he’ll bring the orders (he said because he is ready to GO home). well the order was not ready so i had to wait in the drive thru line for 2 whole hours. it is 5:11 AM and I just left. horrible people

Great workers. Typical teenager job. My girlfriend worked here back in the day. Food is ok usually quick. Good for a quick mediocre bite. People are nice. It’s the corporate franchise food they’re required to buy that kind of makes the food blah.
